Customer order page
A link where customers can check order status, parcel, invoice and return deadline without signing in — and the emails that send it to them.
The customer order page has its own /o/… address, which customers can open without signing in. It shows order progress, the parcel and courier history, products, seller details, the invoice and the return deadline. The link is random, so nobody can guess another customer's order from it.
Enable it
- Open Settings → Orders → Customer order page.
- Turn on Customer order page enabled.
- Under What the customer can see, select sections: shipment, products, prices, downloadable invoice, returns and contact. Packing photos and videos are off by default. Before enabling them, inform customers in your terms (GDPR).
- Under Contact and message, blank fields use the email and phone number from company details. Insert company details copies them in permanently. Set Return period (days) here too, from 14 to 365 days after delivery.
- Under Appearance, choose a theme (dark aurora or light) and brand color. The page uses the logo from company details.
- Click Save. Saving requires confirmation with a 2FA code.
Order progress, seller details and the delivery address are always visible. The customer's first name, last name, street and postal code are partially hidden; their email and phone number are never shown. For delivery method, the page shows the courier currently carrying the parcel. Before a parcel exists, it shows the store's method name, without marketplace technical codes.
Link in an order
In order details, click ⋮ More actions → Customer link. The dialog shows a link to copy, the view count and the date it was last opened. You can invalidate the link there too: the old link stops working, and a new one is created the next time it is issued.
The page closes 30 days after delivery, and no later than 180 days after the link was created.
Customer emails
In the Buyer emails card, choose Send from mailbox and enable the events when the customer should receive the link:
| Toggle | When the email is sent |
|---|---|
| Order received | when the order enters the system |
| Order packed | after packing is complete |
| Order shipped | when the parcel gets a tracking number |
| Order delivered | when the courier reports delivery, including the return deadline |
- Each toggle creates a rule in Automations. The rule is locked and can only be changed with the toggle. Turning it off removes the rule.
- No duplicates. The customer gets one email per event and order, including when there are multiple parcels, settings are saved again, or the mailbox changes. Return parcels do not trigger a “shipped” email.
- If you already have an active custom rule with the same pattern for the same event, the toggle does not duplicate it. A warning appears below the toggle.
- The email looks like your store: company logo (PNG or JPG; SVG does not display in email, so the header shows the name instead), the brand color from the order page, and a button to the page (with UTM tags to show which email brought the customer). Customer questions go to the page's contact email (company email if blank), never to noxti. A small “Order handled by noxti” line disappears along with the badge.
- Sent emails appear in Communication → Message history, with recipient, subject and status. You can resend them there.
Language
The language is selected from the delivery address country, or the customer's country if the address has none: Poland → Polish; Germany, Austria and Switzerland → German; all other countries → English. Emails use that language. The page opens in Polish or English (customers in Germany see English). Customers can change the language in the page footer, and their choice is remembered.
noxti branding
The page shows an “operated by noxti” badge. Hiding it (Hide noxti badge and footer) is a paid add-on; the toggle works only when the add-on is included. If the add-on expires, the badge returns automatically.
