AI verification of order data
Check an order address and details with AI, then apply corrections in one click.
Marketplace orders can arrive with badly entered addresses: the city may be in the street field, the postal code may contain a typo, or the house number may be on a separate line. Run a verification instead of correcting everything by hand.
The check has two stages. First, automatic rules check what can be verified without guessing: postal code format for the delivery country, phone number, the 35-character limit in label fields, characters rejected by couriers, and a missing house number. Then AI assesses what rules cannot decide: whether the postal code matches the city, whether the street and number are mixed up, whether the recipient is a real person or company, and whether the buyer's notes request another address. For delivery to a pickup point (parcel locker or courier point), only the recipient and phone are checked; the carrier supplies the point address.
Step by step
- Open the order. In the header's icon bar on the right, click the blue shield with a check mark. Its tooltip says Verify order data with AI.
- Wait. The check starts as soon as you click, before anything opens.
- One of two things happens:
- Nothing opens, and a green message appears at the bottom: Order verified — no issues! The data is fine.
- The AI verification #{number} dialog opens because there is something to review. It opens for every finding, including warnings only.
- Review the issues. Each shows a field, a description of the discrepancy, the current value and a proposed value. Issues marked Automatic rule were detected by rules and are certain; the rest are AI assessments with a confidence percentage.
- Apply corrections in either of two ways:
- One at a time: click the green Apply button beside an issue. Only that issue disappears.
- In a batch: select the checkboxes beside the corrections you want and click Apply corrections ({count}) at the bottom. Only certain corrections are selected by default: those that can be applied automatically and have confidence of at least 80%.
- To check the data again after applying corrections or editing it manually, click Verify again in the dialog footer.
- Close the dialog with Close.
Result
- Verification passed — no errors; there may still be warnings to review.
- Issues found — a list of discrepancies, with a suggested correction where possible.
- AI check failed — AI did not respond or returned an unreadable response. This result does not count as a pass; the dialog shows only automatic rule results. Click Verify again.
A one-sentence AI summary appears below the dialog heading. AI writes in the language set in your profile (Polish by default), regardless of the delivery country.
A company-name correction is never applied to an order delivered to a pickup point. A country correction is applied only if the system recognizes the country; otherwise it is skipped.
Cost and confidence
The Confidence badge with a percentage is in the top-right corner of the dialog. The footer shows Cost in cents, response time in milliseconds and the model name.
Token counts are not shown up front. Click Debug in the footer to expand a panel with System prompt, User prompt, AI response, status and Tokens. The Debug button appears only when the result has a saved AI request.
History
Each check is saved in AI verification history at the bottom of the order screen. The section shows the five latest entries; click Show all ({count}) for the rest. Each entry includes a Correct or Issues found badge, confidence percentage, summary, issue count, Auto-corrected badge, author and date.
Clicking an entry opens the same verification dialog with that historical result; it does not run a new check. If no checks have been performed, the section says No AI verifications performed.
