New order — enter it manually
Create an order from scratch: products, customer, address, delivery, and payment.
Create a manual order when a customer buys outside your sales channels — by phone, email, or in person.
Go to Orders → Orders and click the new-order button. The screen has two columns: products on the left and order details on the right.
Step 1. Products
The switch above the product list has four modes; leave it on Manual for a manual order.
- Search by name, EAN, or SKU.
- Click an item in the suggestions to add it to the order.
- Adjust Quantity and Gross price if they differ from the catalog.
An order must contain at least one product, and every line needs a positive whole-number quantity. Otherwise saving fails.
Step 2. Customer
Under Search customer, look for an existing customer (search starts at 2 characters) or enter details for a new one: first or last name (either is enough), email, phone, and, for a company, name and tax ID. The email must be valid or the order cannot be saved. Customer details you are not allowed to view appear masked and cannot be changed; the order receives them from the customer record.
Step 3. Delivery address
Enter street and number, postal code, city, and country. If the invoice address differs, select Invoice address is different from delivery address and fill in the second set of fields.
The Parcel locker / pickup point switch changes the requirements: enter the point code and phone. Do not enter the phone if the selected customer has a number you are not allowed to view; the order gets it from the customer record. Invoice address fields (street, postal code, city) remain visible and required. The system does not copy them from the delivery address because a parcel locker is not a billing address. Without them, Create order stays disabled and the API rejects the save.
Step 4. Delivery and payment
- Delivery method and Carrier — a carrier is required for shipped orders.
- Fulfillment warehouse — the warehouse the goods should be picked from.
- Currency, Payment method, Prepaid marker, and optionally Invoice.
Step 5. Save
Create order saves the order. It does not create a label automatically. After saving, the confirmation window opens the Create shipment panel. Choose a carrier (suggested from the form) and, if required by the carrier — for example for a parcel locker — a parcel size. Without a size, the shipment button is disabled. Clicking it in the panel is what submits the parcel to the carrier.
At the top of the panel, switch between Shipment / Return. Return creates a return label from the customer to the warehouse. The return carrier may differ from the outbound carrier; the system uses the return carrier configured in the integration. Once the outbound label is ready, Create return label appears in the window, so you can create both labels without leaving it. Not every carrier supports returns; the panel shows an error if it does not.
After saving, you can choose Go to order or Create another.
