How shipping with InPost works in NOXTI
- An order from any sales channel gets the InPost delivery method, assigned by hand or by an automation rule.
- At packing, NOXTI creates the InPost shipment and prints the label on the station printer through NOXTI Printer.
- The tracking number is saved on the order and goes back to the sales channel the order came from.
- You see InPost delivery statuses in NOXTI without logging in to the carrier's panel.

How much does the InPost integration with NOXTI cost?
Use of the InPost integration is included in NOXTI: a per-order rate from PLN 0.45 to PLN 0.30 and a PLN 199 net monthly maintenance fee. Setup, migration into NOXTI, training and custom work are priced separately. Provider fees follow your agreement with that provider.
How do I set up the InPost integration?
Requirements: An active account with the service and an API key with the required permissions. We connect the account, set up mappings and statuses, test on sample orders and go live. We agree the scope and schedule with your team.
Do InPost labels print at packing?
Yes. The InPost label is created at packing or from the order card and is saved as a file on the order. You print it on the station printer through the NOXTI Printer service.
From which sales channels can I ship with InPost?
From any channel connected to NOXTI: a marketplace, an online store or an order added by hand. You assign the InPost delivery method by hand or with an automation rule.
What happens when InPost does not respond or limits requests?
NOXTI accounts for InPost limits and retries calls according to the integration rules. Order identification helps reduce duplicates. Recovery of pending data depends on its availability, account permissions and the provider's API capabilities.
