Order list — what you see on screen
The main workspace for orders: a status rail, table, filters, and actions for selected rows.
The order list is the screen you use most. Open it from the side menu: Orders → Orders.
Step by step
Narrow the list to what you need
- Open Orders → Orders. The screen starts on the Orders tab. Order details is greyed out until you open an order.
- In the status rail on the left (headed STATUS), click a status or status-group name. The arrow only expands a group; click its name or count to filter.
- To clear the filter, click the top All orders row.
- Enter a phrase in Search orders... (the field tooltip says Search (Q)). The list reloads 300 ms after the last character; there is no Search button.
- For more conditions, click the funnel button (tooltip Filters (F)). The panel opens below the bar and offers fourteen simple filters: Integration, Fulfilment warehouse, Delivery, Country, Paid, Accepted, Payment, From, To, Customer, Tracking, EAN, Phone, and WMS. From and To are the order date range.
- Each active filter appears as a chip beside the button. Click a chip’s × to remove that condition; the red × at the end of the bar clears them all.
A red count badge on the filter button and a change to the “from–to / total” count at the right of the bar show that filters are active. Filters are stored in the page URL, which you can bookmark or share.
Open one order
- Click anywhere on its row, or choose View details from the row’s
⋮menu; it is the same action. - The screen switches to Order details, with the order number in the title. The page address ends with
#and the order number. You can copy and share that URL: it opens the details directly and preserves the list filters. - Use Previous (←) and Next (→) in the details header to move through the filtered orders. A counter between them shows “position / number of orders in filter”. Back to list (Esc) returns to the table.
Run an action on multiple orders
- Select rows using the checkboxes in the first column. The selection column is hidden if you do not have permission to edit orders; in that case the entire action bar is unavailable.
- The search field is replaced by N selected.
- If the filter contains more rows than the current page, Select all N appears below the count. After you click it, (all pages) appears beside the count and the link becomes Clear all pages.
- Change status with Change status.... Selecting a status applies it immediately, without confirmation or undo.
- The green checkmark is Accept. Other options are under Actions (the badge gives the number of menu items): Edit, a Print section with Shipping labels and Documents, and a Marketplace section with Check marketplace payments and Full marketplace refresh.
- The red × (Cancel) clears the selection and all-pages mode.
After checking payments, a summary reports Checked: …, updated: …, skipped: …, errors: …. A full refresh reports Full refresh: …, skipped: …, errors: …. The bar is orange instead of green if there are errors. A refusal shows the server’s error message; if the server sent none, an English fallback appears, such as Failed to change status or Failed to accept orders.
When all pages mode is active, workflow triggers under Actions are disabled with the explanation “Select specific orders — a trigger acts on an order, not on the entire filter.”
Search by customer details
Entering a full value (full surname, email, phone number, or postal code) finds an order no matter when it was placed. A partial value—a few letters or digits—finds orders from the last 90 days only; enter the full value for older orders. This applies to the Customer and Phone filters and email in the main search field (which searches only order number, marketplace order number, and email). Each field has an ⓘ hint about the rule. Phone also matches formats with or without a country calling code (such as +48) and with or without spaces: 500600700 and +48 500 600 700 find the same order.
Screen layout
- Status rail on the left — each status and its order count. Clicking filters the list. Clicking again does not clear it; choose All orders at the top to restore the full list.
- Filter bar at the top — search, filters (marketplace, status, dates), and saved views.
- Table — one row per order. Click the row to open details.
- Star column — order priority. Click the small die icon to change it without opening the order (Order priority — five levels and what they affect).
- DATE column — when the order was placed in the store. A download-icon line underneath shows when Noxti imported it, but only if that differs from the store date. For a typical order both times are in the same minute, so the second line is omitted. A second line indicates a delayed import or an archive import. If the store did not supply its own date, the import date is shown as the main date. The column tooltip explains both. Sorting uses the import date; it usually differs from the store date by only a few minutes, so the order remains the same.
- Choose columns — the columns icon at the right of the bar opens Column configuration. Hide columns you do not need and drag the rest into your preferred order. Structural columns (row selection and action menu) are not listed; removing them would hide bulk actions. The setting is saved in this browser for each computer user; it does not move between browsers or devices. A later-added table column appears automatically with its default visibility. Restore defaults clears your choices.
- Action bar — appears only after you select rows and shows how many are selected.
Open an order
Click a row. The details screen opens with Previous (←) / Next (→) in its header. They move through the same list you just filtered without returning to the table.
Select multiple orders
Select individual rows with their checkboxes or use Select all. If the filter covers more than one page, the system also offers all pages. Actions then apply to every filtered result, not just the visible page (100 rows by default).
Refresh
The list refreshes in the background. To fetch it immediately, use the refresh icon at the right of the bar above the table; there is no refresh icon in the filter bar. Status counts also update automatically every 15 seconds. With the tab open, a count is at most about half a minute out of date. If the browser tab was hidden, counts wait for the first refresh after you return, up to 15 seconds. To recalculate them immediately, click the refresh icon beside STATUS on the rail.
