Search, filters, and saved views
How to narrow the list to what you need and save that set of filters for next time.
Filtering happens on the server — you always work with the full set of orders, not just the rows currently loaded in the table.
Search
The field at the top searches order number, customer details, and the marketplace’s external number. Type and wait a moment; the query is sent after a short pause instead of on every keystroke.
Basic filters
Use the filter bar to set, among other things:
- Status — one or several statuses at once.
- Marketplace — the channel the order came from.
- Date range — by creation date.
- Priority — one or several levels, for example High and Very high, to show only urgent orders.
Each active filter appears as a chip. Click the X on a chip to remove just that condition without clearing the others.
Advanced filters
The filters button opens a condition builder. Combine fields, operators, and values into a rule. Use it when the filter bar does not offer what you need, such as orders above a certain amount or with a particular payment method.
Saved views
Save a set of filters you use every day as a view:
- Set the filters you want.
- Open the saved views list and choose to save the current setup.
- Give it a name.
A saved view includes basic fields (such as status, marketplace, and payment state), active advanced conditions, filter mode, and sorting. Selecting a saved view replaces the previous conditions, returns to the first results page, and updates the URL.
Conditions remain after changing pages or refreshing the browser. Editing a loaded view changes the current results; save again to keep the new set.
If an older saved view omitted basic fields, set them again and create a new view — missing values cannot be recovered from an empty configuration.
You can set one view as the default; it opens automatically when you visit the list.
