Offer actions — download, quick sync, refresh
Four different buttons do four different things, and their names are confusing. Quick sync sends the stock level and respects every rule, in batches of one hundred offers.
The button names are similar, but they do different things. Here is how to tell them apart.
| Action | Direction | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Download all offers (the Tools menu) | Marketplace → us | Downloads the channel's offer list |
| Refresh offers (the Actions menu) | Marketplace → us | Updates the full data for selected offers |
| Send stock (the Actions menu) | Us → marketplace | Sends our stock level for selected offers |
| Quick sync (the Details tab) | Us → marketplace | Sends our stock level for one offer |
Remember one thing: anything called “download” comes to us. “Send” goes from us.
Step by step
All actions are in two dropdown menus above the table on the List tab. The Tools menu is always visible and applies to the whole channel. The Actions menu appears only after you select rows and applies to that selection.
Download offers from the entire channel
- Open Marketplace Offers and, in the side panel on the left under Sales platforms, click a channel. Without selecting a channel, the menu item is disabled.
- Click Tools above the table.
- Select Download all offers.
- Leave the screen alone—the download runs through a queue and does not happen immediately (Offer downloads and price synchronization). Refresh the counters in the side panel with the Refresh counters icon.
If an item is greyed out, hover over it—the tooltip explains what is blocking it. Most often, offer downloads are disabled for that channel (Switches that stop an entire channel).
Send stock for selected offers
- On the List tab, select rows using the checkboxes. You can also select the whole page: Tools → Select page.
- Click Actions—the button shows the number of selected items.
- In the Send to Marketplace section, select Send stock.
- Clear the selection with Actions → Clear.
Do not use Select all for this. Items in the Actions menu accept only an explicit list of selected offers and become disabled when all pages are selected.
Send stock for one offer
- In the offer row, click the magnifying glass icon with the tooltip View details. The Details tab opens.
- Click Quick sync.
- You will see the message Quick sync has been queued—the request went to a queue, not directly to the marketplace.
Refresh offer data from the marketplace
- Select the offer rows that look different from what you see on the marketplace.
- Choose Actions → Refresh offers.
- For a single offer, the Refresh button on the Details tab does the same thing.
Sending stock
Send stock and Quick sync use the same route as automatic synchronization. That is why they respect every rule: minimum stock, product exclusions, global unavailability, and warehouse mapping.
This does not bypass the rules or “force” anything—it is the same route, started manually.
Limit: 100 offers per run. Above that, the server rejects the request with “Maximum 100 offers can be synced at once”. For larger numbers, use the bulk mechanisms (Forcing synchronization — start it manually).
Downloading offers
This is the starting point for a new channel. Use this sequence:
- Download all offers—fetch the listing from the marketplace.
- Auto-link unlinked offers—match offers to products (Linking a listing to a product — without it, nothing gets sent).
- Review unlinked offers—match the rest manually.
- Only then send stock levels.
Downloads can run in several modes: full, incremental, for one offer, or prices only. Price-only mode is available for some channels. From this screen, however, you can only download everything; the modes are set when forcing synchronization (Forcing synchronization — start it manually).
Refreshing offer data
Refresh offers fetches the full data: title, status, and parameters. Use it when an offer in the system looks different from the marketplace, and for offers marked Not synchronized with platform (Marketplace offer — our local mirror of a listing).
Fulfillment warehouse
You can manually choose the warehouse whose stock should be used for an offer. This is useful for channels that distinguish seller fulfillment from fulfillment by the marketplace warehouse.
Set this only on the Details tab, in the Fulfillment warehouse field. Until you choose one, the Auto marker appears beside the field—the stock is calculated from warehouse mapping (Mappings — warehouses, carriers, price lists, categories). In the list, this value appears in the Fulfillment wh. column.
Permissions
Actions on this screen require the Integrations module with write permission. Note: synchronization buttons on other screens require create permission—these two sets are inconsistent (Module permissions — read, write, and create).
