Offer exclusions — stock rules per product and channel
Choose one of three rules for a product–channel pair: normal behavior, sell down to zero, or never send stock. Rules are set separately for each country.
The Integrations → Offer exclusions screen lets you override the default stock behavior for a specific product + channel pair, separately for each country.
Step by step
One product
- Open Integrations → Offer exclusions and choose a channel—click its tile or select it in the Choose integration field. The list will not load until you choose a channel.
- In Rule scope, leave All countries (global) or select a specific country.
- In the search box above the table, enter a name, EAN, or SKU. Search covers the entire catalog, so you can also find a product that does not yet have a rule.
- In the Rule column, click Do not send for that row—or Down to zero if stock should be allowed to fall to the last item.
- There is no save button. Saving… appears beside the row, followed shortly by Saved. If saving fails, the row returns to its previous rule.
Multiple products from the list
- Select rows using the checkboxes.
- N selected — set rule: appears in the bar above the table, with three buttons.
- Click Do not send.
- The selection clears automatically, and a summary appears above the list showing how many products received the rule, already had it, had a different rule, and were added to the sending queue.
Products outside the list — from search or EAN codes
- Click Add products.
- Stay on the Search catalog tab and select products, or switch to Paste EAN codes and paste codes separated by a comma, semicolon, or newline.
- At the bottom of the window, next to Set rule:, change the default Sell down to zero to Do not send—otherwise you will add products under the wrong rule.
- Click Apply to N.
The three rules
| Rule | What it does |
|---|---|
| Normal—buttons Default threshold / Threshold | Default behavior—the stock passes through the minimum-stock threshold and mapping |
| Sell down to zero—buttons Sell down to zero / Down to zero | Skips the minimum-stock threshold and sends all available stock |
| Never send—button Do not send | The product never receives a stock update on this channel |
When to use each rule
Sell down to zero—for goods being discontinued, clearance stock, or products you do not plan to order again. There is no point in keeping a buffer when you want to sell everything.
Never send—for a product that should remain listed on this channel but be managed manually, or fulfilled from the marketplace's warehouse. The offer stays active; stock is not sent.
Rules are country-specific
A channel selling in several countries has a separate setting for each one. An exclusion in one country does not apply to the others. This is intentional because availability can differ between markets.
The rule also applies to quick sync
Manually starting synchronization does not bypass these rules. A product marked “never send” will not be sent that way either (Offer actions — download, quick sync, refresh).
That is good news: you cannot accidentally bypass an exclusion with one click.
When stock is not sent despite correct configuration
Check exclusions early, because they are not visible on the offers screen. For the rest of the checklist, see Linking a listing to a product — without it, nothing gets sent and Switches that stop an entire channel.
