V2 Product Listing — map from the category down
Map a category once: its parameters, rules, and offer template. Then list every product in that category without correcting it manually.
Find V2 Product Listing in the menu beside Marketplace Offers. Select a sales channel at the top. The system remembers your choice next time.
Work takes place across four tabs: Categories → Products → Category parameters → Template. The last three unlock when you select a category that already has a marketplace category assigned. Selecting a category takes you straight to its products.
Above the tabs, you can see the selected catalog category, marketplace category, and the Ready to list X of Y bar. List ready immediately lists all ready products in the category. Another catalog category returns to the category list.
Categories
This is a list of catalog categories that contain products. Have several catalogs? Work in one at a time: select it in the Catalog field. Your selection is saved in the page URL.
Each catalog has its own rules. Two catalogs can map categories to the same Allegro category and still list differently. A value you set for a category in one catalog will not reach products in another. Rules saved before this feature worked are shared: every catalog uses them until it sets its own. They are marked Shared on the rules tab. Changing such a rule creates a copy for your catalog only; other catalogs keep the original.
Tiles at the top act as filters:
- No marketplace category—assign a category first. Click the row. The window searches marketplace categories by name and suggests the best matches.
- Parameters missing—the category is assigned, but not every required parameter has a value source.
- Complete—all required parameters are mapped.
The bar in the Parameters column shows how many required parameters have been mapped. Check readiness counts how many products in the category will pass the pre-publication check. The hint beside the result shows which parameters are most often missing.
Change marketplace category. In the category header, below the marketplace-category path, click Change Allegro category (the name depends on the marketplace). Find the new category and save. The mapping stays the same; only the marketplace category changes, along with its parameter list. Rules for the old category stay with it. Map parameters for the new category or copy the rules.
Have several similar categories? Map one, select the others, and choose Copy rules from…. Before saving anything, you will see a preview of what will be added, skipped, and—in case of replacement—how many rules will be removed.
Products
A list of products in the selected category. Each row shows price, quantity, and status: Ready, Missing N (with the missing parameter names), Ready · no stock, or Listed. Filters at the top show how many products are in each state.
Missing values across several products. Above the list, the system shows the most commonly missing parameter, for example, “Missing ‘Stock’—5 of 6 products,” with thumbnails of those products. Click a thumbnail to deselect that product; the icons beside them select or deselect all. Then choose a value (or type/search for it) and where to save it. After saving, the next missing parameter appears. Entire category saves a category rule that applies to every product without its own value, so selection does not matter in that case.
Each product in the list has a photo thumbnail. An orange globe means the product has no photos of its own and a photo from its marketplace offer is shown instead.
Bulk listing. Select ready products and click List selected. Products with missing values cannot be selected.
Variant families. On marketplaces that combine variants into one product card (eMAG, Turis), the Variant families panel appears above the list. A family groups products of one model in the catalog's variant grouping—for example, every color and size of a blouse. The family shows its colors and sizes and Ready X of Y; each product shows which family it belongs to. List family lists its ready variants. The first variant creates the family on the marketplace; the others wait briefly and join it. A variant is not ready if another variant in the family has the same color and size, or if its size is missing—correct the catalog attributes. Allegro links offers itself (by product and EAN); Mirakl, bol, and InPost do not support families, so they have no panel. On AliExpress, each variant is currently listed as a separate product, so there is no panel there either.
List automatically. Enable the switch below the list and the system will list each product in this category as soon as it is ready. Choose Immediately (checks every 15 minutes) or Daily at 8:00. Only with stock skips products that are not in stock. Beside it, you can see how many products would be listed now. A product whose offer is currently being listed or has failed to list within the last day waits; a second offer will not be created.
One product
Complete opens a product on the same page, without a window. Arrows at the top move to the previous and next product. Initially, only missing required fields are shown. Required and All show the rest.
Every field looks the same: a value search at the top, then several common values to click (the rest are under “+N more”). Every value click saves it immediately. A field completed in To complete briefly turns green with ✓, then smoothly disappears from the list. The icon beside the field name selects where to save (hover over it for a description). Colors are the same on every screen:
- green—Product card: an attribute in the catalog, also visible to other channels;
- orange—Offer only: only this product's offer on this marketplace;
- blue—Entire category: a category rule for products without their own value;
- purple—Entire catalog: a template field set for one catalog, for every category in it without its own value;
- gray—All categories: an offer-template field shared by every category.
For a completed value, an icon of the same color shows where it came from. Hover to see details (for example, “from attribute ‘sleeve’ · this category’s rule”). A value set for this offer only takes precedence over the category mapping. Below it you can see what the mapping would supply (“This offer only—the mapping would give ‘short sleeve’”), and Return to mapping removes the override. An empty mapped field says which attribute it reads (“Mapped from attribute ‘rekaw’—this product has no value for it”). Saving to Product card writes to that attribute. For parameters with a dictionary, a second icon warns when needed:
- amber question mark—the value is very similar to an item in the marketplace list (for example, “bezowy” → “beżowy”). Confirm it in value mapping;
- red—the value is not in the marketplace list and will not be sent. Choose another value or set When value is missing.
A parameter without a catalog attribute is saved only to the offer; the field says so below the values. Set price, stock, and other offer fields in the template; the Set in offer template link takes you there.
Photos. Below the large photo are thumbnails of all product photos; click one to enlarge it. If the product has no photos of its own, photos from its offers are shown, with a note that the marketplace will receive only photos from the product card. Add to product card copies them to the card so they will be included with the offer from then on.
Undo. After every save, the bottom-right corner shows what was saved and where, with an Undo button and a 10-second countdown. You can still undo it afterward with Undo last (the counter shows how many saves can be undone) or the arrow icon beside a field. Undo restores the previous state—rule, product card, or offer—and removes an attribute option added by the save. Fields someone changed after your save are left untouched. Undo is available for 15 minutes after saving. Pasting many cells into the spreadsheet can be undone as one action.
Want to know whether the marketplace will accept an offer before listing it? Click Check on … in the header (for example, Check on Allegro). The result appears above the fields, in the marketplace's own words, showing what it would reject. Nothing is saved. Details are in the Publication section.
When nothing is missing, click List. The publication step opens.
Publication
Choose when to list (now, tomorrow at 8:00, or a selected time) and for how long (until sold out or until a selected date). After sending, you can return to the list or go to the next product to complete.
Check on marketplace. Before sending, click Check. The system runs all checks used for publication: mappings, offer data, duplicates, and GPSR records in the account. It then asks the marketplace to evaluate the entire offer. For each product, you will see what the marketplace would reject—in its own words, with the field name—and a one-sentence summary. Up to 10 products are checked at once.
The button explains how each marketplace checks an offer:
- Allegro evaluates only an offer it has. A hidden, unpublished draft is temporarily created and deleted immediately after the check. The draft does not have your SKU, so it will not block listing. If it cannot be deleted, you will see its number; delete it on Allegro. The check does not create GPSR records; publication does.
- A marketplace that cannot evaluate an offer before listing says so explicitly. We check mappings and offer data; publication gives the final answer.
A gray question mark beside a product means no problems were found, but the marketplace did not issue a verdict (it cannot do so or was still checking).
Empty optional parameters are not errors—they are grouped into one collapsible line, Empty optional parameters (N). A value the marketplace will not accept (for example, text in a number field) counts as missing, even for an optional field: the List button then shows Missing N or Not ready.
If the marketplace cannot be queried, you see a plain message instead of a technical error:
- connection expired—click Reconnect account and authorize it in integration settings;
- marketplace is limiting requests—try again in a minute;
- marketplace is not responding—try later.
This works the same way for every marketplace.
Category parameters
A spreadsheet like Excel: products in rows, parameters in columns. An orange cell means the product is missing a value.
- Selection—click a cell. Shift-click (or drag the mouse) to select a range; arrow keys move the selection, and Ctrl+A selects the whole sheet.
- Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V—copy and paste, including from Excel and Google Sheets. A pasted block starts at the selected cell and extends right and down. One value pasted into a selected range fills the whole range. In a dictionary column, type or paste the value name (for example, “White”). Values outside the dictionary are not saved; the sheet lists them.
- Ctrl+D—copies the top row of the selection down.
- Enter, double-click, or typing normally—edit one cell with a dictionary list. The list highlights the value the cell currently has. The selected value replaces the previous one, including in a multi-select attribute on the product card, so an extra color disappears.
- Multi-value parameter (for example, “Additional color”)—the editor shows current values as chips. Use × to remove a value, choose another from the list, then press ✓ (or Ctrl+Enter) to save the set. A value outside the marketplace dictionary has a red chip.
- Delete / Backspace—clears selected cells according to Save to: removes the product-card attribute or the offer-specific value. A value supplied by a category rule remains; change it in the rules. Clearing can be undone like any save.
- Counters beside Missing / Required / All—how many columns each view will show.
- Marker beside a value in a dictionary column:
- green ✓—the value is in the marketplace dictionary (the marketplace name is shown);
- gray pencil—the value will be sent as custom text (the “other” option);
- amber ?—the value is very similar to a dictionary item (for example, “bezowy” and “beżowy”). Click the marker to open value mapping and confirm it;
- red !—the value is not in the dictionary and the marketplace will not accept it. The cell is orange even though the product has a value in the catalog.
Letter case does not matter: “xl” in the catalog matches “XL” in the dictionary.
- Name or SKU—quickly search products in the sheet.
- Missing / Required / All—which columns are visible. By default, only columns with a missing value are shown. A column you are completing does not disappear from under the cursor: it stays in place with a green header and ✓, and saved cells flash green. The N completed chip beside the missing counter hides such columns.
- Save to: Product card / Offer only—where a cell's value goes: to an attribute on the product card (also visible to other marketplaces), or only to offers on this marketplace. The button names the selected column's attribute, for example, “Product card · MODEL_SIZE”—the attribute the column is mapped to. Need another one? Change the column mapping (Use attribute). A column without a catalog attribute saves to the offer.
An orange label icon in a cell means the value is for this offer only and takes precedence over the mapping. The tooltip says what the mapping would provide. Click the icon to return to the mapping. Delete in such a cell clears the offer value, not the attribute. An empty mapped cell's tooltip says which attribute it reads.
Below each column name you can see where the parameter gets its value (for example, “← brand”) or “not mapped.” Click a column header:
- Set for all missing—one value for every empty cell. It is saved as a category rule, so products added later get it too.
- Use attribute—the whole column reads a value from a catalog attribute. The number of products that would receive a value is shown beside the attribute.
- Match values, and 4. Rules and exceptions—opens the parameter rule panel below the sheet. At the top, it shows the parameter's value source and how many products receive a value. Each rule is a Type | Source | Condition row. Below a rule that reads an attribute is value mapping: catalog value → marketplace value, with unmatched values at the top. Select a value from the list (type part of its name to narrow it) or click Match with AI; AI matches unmatched values and values that need review. Once everything is matched, it checks the whole list again. AI-suggested values are marked “AI.” Review them and click Save. One match applies to every current and future product with that value. Add exception creates a rule with a condition above the main rule. When value is missing sets a fallback, used when the product has no value or its value is not in the marketplace list.
A parameter can have several rules. The system checks them from the top and takes the first that matches the product and supplies a value. Every condition within one rule must be true at the same time. A rule with a condition is an exception; an “Always” rule applies to the remaining products.
The sparkles icon (AI suggestions) proposes a source for parameters without one. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.
Template
Here you set fields on the offer itself: price, stock, delivery, returns, warranty, and GPSR. Set them once for all categories.
Levels appear above the fields, with more specific levels taking precedence:
- All categories—one value for every category on this marketplace (Set for all categories, Change for all).
- Catalog—does one catalog need its own setting, such as a different delivery price list or warranty? Click Different for catalog [name]. The value applies to every category in that catalog; other catalogs keep the general value. The catalog label appears beside the field and the general value is struck through. Return to catalog / the trash icon removes the catalog setting.
- This category only—does a category need something different, such as another delivery price list? Click Different for [category]. The editor opens below the field; a “Only [category]” label appears and the general value is struck through. Return to all categories removes the exception.
- One product—a value set in the product view with the this offer only choice.
A category setting takes precedence over a catalog setting, and a catalog setting over the general one.
If you do not set anything. Some fields get a value from connection settings (Integrations → your connection). The field then shows “From connection settings: [value],” and Connection settings appears above the fields as the most general level. If there is no value there either, the field says “Not sent—the marketplace decides.” If the marketplace would reject an offer without this value, the field is marked Required with a reason—in the template and product view (it counts under “To complete”). The link beside the field opens connection settings.
Delivery, returns, and warranties (Allegro). Delivery price list, return terms, complaints, and warranty are template fields. The available values come from your Allegro account (refreshed no more than once per hour). This lets, for example, a catalog of bulky goods use a different price list from the rest. If nothing is set in the template, the offer uses the connection setting. Allegro does not mark any price list as “default”: when the field is empty everywhere, Allegro decides. If a price list is required, the offer check reports it missing. Example: with CZ/SK/HU markets set to “Do not sell” and several price lists on the account, a price list is required; select one that delivers only to PL (the countries appear beside its name, for example, “One Fulfillment PL · PL”).
403 access denied. “Allegro denied access (403)” during a check means the Allegro application connected to the integration lacks permission to manage offers. Grant it in the Allegro developer portal and reconnect the account.
VAT rate. The VAT rate (PL/CZ/SK/HU) fields work like any other template field. Without a setting, the field says “Product VAT rate for PL—default”: the offer uses the rate for that country from the product card (VAT rates). To save it explicitly or use a different value for a catalog or category, select the Product VAT rate source or a fixed value. A country without a rate stays empty; one country's rate never replaces another's.
Offer description
Beside Offer description, click Arrange description (the rows icon in the actions column). The description builder opens:
- On the left, arrange sections: Text, Text + image, Image + text, One image, Two images. Use arrows to reorder sections and the trash icon to remove one.
- Text supports a heading, subtitle, bold, and lists. Type
{{to open a list of fields at the cursor (arrows, Enter, or Tab inserts one; Esc closes it). Product field does the same. Variables are color-coded: product fields, attributes, and marketplace parameters have different colors. An unknown field is red and wavy; it will be empty in the offer. The system inserts each product's value. Choose from:- product fields: name, SKU, EAN, product description;
- any catalog attribute;
- any marketplace parameter for this category or standard field, such as “Material” or “Shipping time.” Its value comes from that parameter's mapping rules—the same rules that send it to the marketplace. It can come from an attribute, a fixed value, price group, warehouse stock, or company details. A value from the marketplace dictionary is displayed by name, not number. If a parameter has no rule, its description value is empty; the list warns beside its name.
- Image is chosen by number: Image 1 is the first image in the offer. This lets one layout fit every product in the category. The number list shows thumbnails of the product's images in the preview; the section shows the image itself. Change image order on the product card (Media tab, drag and drop).
- On the right is a preview for a real product in the category (change the product above the preview). It shows the description as the marketplace will receive it.
- The Text length bar shows used space. Allegro accepts up to 40,000 bytes of text.
- Marketplace will omit lists what will not be accepted. For example, Allegro does not accept tables or links (text remains but formatting disappears). An image number the product does not have is skipped.
- HTML switches to layout code for advanced users.
Use this description copies the layout into the field editor. It is saved only when you click Save. A saved layout works like any template setting: for all categories or one category only (Different for [category]). The same notes about omitted elements appear in the pre-publication check.
Text from template
A text field (such as title or seller SKU) can combine text and product fields: in the rule editor, choose the Text from template source. Insert fields as in the description builder: type {{ and select from the list, or click the { } icon at the end of the field (Variable). The same product fields, attributes, and marketplace parameters are available. An inserted field is colored by type; an unknown one is red and wavy, and will be empty in the offer. It saves as ordinary text, for example, Shoes {{color}}.
Listing from the product list
On the product list, select products and choose More → List on marketplace (v2). The window groups them by catalog category, which determines where they will be listed, and shows how many products in each group are ready. Groups requiring work appear at the top:
- No catalog category—click Choose category. Enter a name or click a category that is ready for this marketplace. The products are permanently assigned to it. If it has no marketplace category yet, selection opens immediately.
- No marketplace category yet—use Assign category in the same window. Below the search field, you can see how many marketplace categories have been downloaded. A connection with no previous listings has none; download starts automatically after you select a marketplace (Allegro takes a few minutes). The selector shows progress and starts searching once the categories arrive.
- Description and title—Allegro requires an offer description. Any text that will actually be used counts: text saved for this connection, a template rule, product translation, or catalog description. A product with no description has a missing “Offer description” and is not ready.
- Already listed—a product that has an offer on this account will not be sent a second time. This includes our own offer (even a draft or one being listed) and an offer downloaded from the marketplace that was listed outside the system. The list shows its status and offer number. An ended offer does not block a new one.
- Category parameters—when you open a mapped category, the system downloads its marketplace parameters (required fields and dictionaries) and standard fields. Fresh data (less than a day old) is skipped. This takes a few seconds, with a progress bar above the tabs. Until parameters are available, no product in the category is “ready”; its product card explicitly says parameters have not been downloaded.
- Missing parameters—Complete mapping opens the first selected product with missing values in a new tab, not the entire category list. Next to complete moves to the next product with missing values (the arrows move in order; if the next product has missing values, just use the arrow). Save a value shared by all products under Entire category, and a product-specific feature under Product card. When finished, return and click Refresh.
The link from the window opens listing directly in the catalog containing those products, so you see its rules and values.
List ready sends ready products to the standard listing window with the marketplace already selected. Set the price, quantity, and publication time there.
Good to know
- Set offer publication and end dates during the publication step. See also: Schedule a listing and set its end date.
- The readiness counter counts products assigned directly to the category. Products in subcategories have their own rows.
- AI mapping requires a prompt template in AI settings. If it is missing, the screen tells you; ask an administrator to add it.
