Schedule a listing and set its end date

How to schedule it

In the listing window, enable Schedule publication and ending:

• Publish—the publication date and time. Leave it empty to publish “now.”
• End offer—when the offer should end. Leave it empty for the offer to run indefinitely.

If the publication date is in the future, the button changes to Schedule. Offers are checked and prepared, but nothing is sent yet. They wait until the specified time, and the system lists them within a minute of that time.

In the wizard, hover over the sales channel marker beside the product. The tooltip shows “Scheduled for …” and “Ends …”.

Good to know

• The end date must be later than the publication date. Otherwise, saving is rejected.
• If you publish a scheduled offer manually, it goes out immediately. The end date remains set.
• At the specified time, the system ends the offer just as it would when you end it manually. If the sales channel refuses, the reason appears in the offer history. The system does not retry, so end it manually.
• Ended offers do not resume automatically.
