Listings screen — four tabs
List, details, changes, and alerts. All work with listings — linking, importing, and quick synchronization — starts on the first tab.
Menu Integrations → Marketplace listings (the item is directly under the Integrations heading, not inside a dropdown). The screen has four tabs.
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| List | Browse, filter, and perform all actions on listings |
| Details | View one listing |
| Changes | Queue of changes sent to the marketplace — Changes and alerts — outbound queue and stock discrepancies |
| Alerts | Stock discrepancies between the system and the marketplace |
The Details tab is disabled until you open a specific listing from the list.
Step by step
Find listings without a linked product
- Open the List tab. The left panel is headed LISTINGS.
- At the bottom of the panel are two tiles: Linked and Unlinked. Click Unlinked.
- The list shows only listings without a product;
linked=unlinkedappears in the page URL, so you can bookmark the view or share it. - You can select the same set through Filters → Link status → Unlinked.
Tiles in the Sales platforms group count all listings for the channel and deliberately ignore active filters — the tooltip says “All listings on this platform — regardless of active filters.” Do not compare them with the number of rows in the list.
Link a listing to a product
- Individually: in the unlinked listing row, click the chain icon (tooltip: Link). A product-selection dialog opens.
- In bulk: select rows, open Actions, and choose Auto-link. Without a selection, the same operation is under Tools as Auto-link unlinked.
- Remove an incorrect link with the row icon or Unlink under Actions — the button is stored in the system without Polish diacritics.
Import listings from the marketplace
- Open Tools → Import all listings. This direction is marketplace → us: it creates and refreshes listing mirrors.
- The job is queued, not immediate — the system confirms the start and gives you a job number in the form (Job #123).
- To refresh only selected listings (title, status, price, stock), select rows and use Actions → Refresh listings.
Send stock to the channel for selected listings
- Select listings from the list.
- Choose Actions → Send to Marketplace → Send stock. This is the us → marketplace direction: it gets stock from the warehouse and adds it to the outbound stock queue.
- Actions in the same menu marked Coming soon (Change attributes, Change stock) are disabled — you cannot click them.
Review the price and stock history of one listing
- Open a listing from the list (eye icon or click its title).
- In the details panel, open the Prices or Stock subtab.
- Price history and Stock history have a Reason column that tells you what caused a change. Possible values are stored on the server without Polish diacritics: for price — Detected during synchronization, Promotion started, Promotion ended, Manual change, Sent via API; for stock — Detected during synchronization, Order, Manual change, WMS synchronization, Sent via API.
- This is the quickest answer to “who changed the stock on this listing?” — the reason is recorded for each entry; you do not need to guess.
- Stock history goes back 90 days. Older entries are deleted every night.
Choose a fulfilment warehouse for a listing
- Open the listing and stay on the Details subtab.
- The Fulfilment warehouse field shows an Auto chip until you select something.
- Fulfilment warehouse updated confirms the change.
This setting is not available on the bulk list — only in the details of an individual listing.
Statistics tiles
Summary numbers above the list show how many listings there are, how many are linked, and how many are active. The most useful in practice is the unlinked count: it tells you how many listings send neither stock nor price (Linking a listing to a product — without it, nothing gets sent).
A separate view shows only unlinked listings — that is where you start when tidying up a new channel.
What you can do from the list
- Link a listing to a product — individually or in bulk,
- unlink an incorrect match,
- import listings from the marketplace,
- quickly synchronize stock for selected listings,
- import stock and prices separately,
- refresh full details,
- choose a fulfilment warehouse for a listing,
- change prices through the change queue.
Details of actions: Offer actions — download, quick sync, refresh.
Price and stock history
Each listing has a history for both values, with the reason for the change — whether it came from the marketplace import, an order, a manual change, warehouse synchronization, or an API push.
This is the best tool for answering “who changed the stock on this listing?” — the reason is recorded beside every entry.
The exclusions screen is separate
Rules such as “do not send this product’s stock to this channel” are configured elsewhere (Offer exclusions — stock rules per product and channel).
