Forcing synchronization — start it manually
A screen for manually starting channel pipelines: sync now, recalculate offers, enable or disable a schedule. Some buttons require create permission rather than edit permission.
Integrations → Integrations → Force synchronization brings together manual controls for each channel. The page heading is Synchronization panel.
Step by step
Start one channel
- Go to Integrations → Integrations → Force synchronization.
- Find the channel row in the table. Last sync and Next sync show when something happened and when it is due next.
- Check the switch in Actions. If it is off, the channel does not synchronize at all. When enabled, a Synchronization enabled for … message confirms it.
- Click the play icon next to the switch. Its tooltip says Synchronize.
- The icon spins and the button becomes disabled. This is normal while the task is running. Its tooltip then says Synchronization in progress… or Queued.
Start all channels at once
- Click Synchronize all in the page header.
- The button covers only channels with synchronization enabled. It is disabled if all channels are off.
- Refresh offer counts for all channels separately with Count offers. Trendyol and OTTO do not provide offer counts separately; their counters update automatically after each full offer download.
Open the queue and cancel pending items
- Click Queue in the header. The Offer download queue panel opens with a table card, Download queue.
- Select a platform. Without one, the screen says Select a platform first.
- Review the entries. Status, Priority, and Eligible since show what is waiting and since when.
- Retry one failed item with Retry.
- To clear the backlog, click Cancel pending and confirm “Cancel all pending items for this marketplace?”.
- Stop a running task with Cancel task.
Subscribe to result notifications
- Click Notifications in the header.
- Turn on the switch for each channel you want to monitor, or use Subscribe to all.
- Select events: On completion, On error, On no data, and On stopped.
“Synchronize” does not do what you might expect
The button does not connect to the marketplace immediately. It adds an item to the offer-download queue, which is processed on its own schedule (Offer downloads and price synchronization). You should see the result within a minute, not instantly.
The button can refuse in two situations:
- Offer downloading is disabled for the channel — enable the setting first (Switches that stop an entire channel).
- A synchronization is already waiting in the queue — the message gives the task’s queue number and status.
The “already waiting” response prevents ten identical tasks from being queued after ten clicks.
Two different “Sync now” buttons
A button with this name appears twice in the system: here for marketplaces, and separately for warehouse and ERP integrations. They are different mechanisms and do not replace each other.
Permissions can be surprising
The mismatch that causes the most support requests:
- Buttons on this screen — Synchronize, Synchronize all, Count offers, Cancel pending, and Retry — require Integrations permission with create rights.
- The same actions on the offers screen require only edit rights.
A role with read and edit access but no create permission can therefore click on one screen and get a refusal on the other (Module permissions — read, write, and create).
What you cannot do here
You cannot turn recurring jobs on or off here. The Workers button only lists processes running right now; it has no switches. Use the switch in the Actions column to control the schedule for a specific connection. Global cycles are set up by the person who operates the installation (What syncs and in which direction).
Before you force a run
A manual run does not bypass any rules. If a product is excluded because a link or mapping is missing, or because it is excluded, forcing synchronization will not change that (Synchronization is not working — checklist).
