Wygodne Zwroty — customer return requests before the parcel arrives
A customer submits a return through the Wygodne Zwroty form, and Noxti immediately sees it as a parcel on its way to the warehouse—with its tracking number, carrier, and returned products matched to the order.
Wygodne Zwroty is a service that handles the customer side of a return: the return form and the return parcel. It is neither a marketplace (it does not provide orders or listings) nor a carrier you book.
Once connected, each return submitted by a customer through Wygodne Zwroty appears in Noxti as an expected return before the parcel reaches the warehouse. It includes:
- the return shipment number and carrier;
- the parcel’s stage (reported, shipped, in transit, delivered, canceled);
- returned products, each matched to an order item, with the reason entered by the customer;
- the customer’s bank account number for the refund.
This lets the returns scanner recognize the parcel and its contents when it reaches the dock (Return scanning — find or create a return). Noxti does not store other customer details—name, address, phone number, or email—from Wygodne Zwroty.
Step by step — connect it
Before you start, get two things from the Wygodne Zwroty panel: the store API key and return form ID. They are issued together. One Noxti connection corresponds to one return form; create multiple connections if you have multiple forms.
- Go to Integrations → Integrations, open Available integrations, choose Returns service in the type filter, and click the Wygodne Zwroty tile (Integrations list — my connections and the available catalog).
- Enter a Name (for example, the store associated with the form), leave Active enabled, and click Create.
- In the Connection stage, fill in all three required fields:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Store API key | The store key from the Wygodne Zwroty panel. Noxti uses it to retrieve returns and verify that notifications really come from Wygodne Zwroty. |
| Return form ID | The form identifier issued with the key. It is stored like a key; after saving, only dots are visible. |
| Stores using this form | Store and marketplace accounts whose customers use this return form. A return will be matched only to orders from these stores; without them, no return can be matched to an order. Select at least one store; the field cannot be saved empty. |
- Open the Returns stage and set:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Check returns regularly | Checks daily for returns on recently shipped orders (details below). Enabled by default. |
| How far back to look for returns (days) | How many days after shipping an order continues to be checked. The default is 30; the maximum is 90. |
- Save the changes and confirm with a code in the 2FA verification required window (2FA confirmation when changing permissions).
- Click Test in the header. Connection OK means the key works. The test rejects a key that is not a store key; such a key cannot retrieve returns for one form. The test does not check the selected stores.
- Register the notification address, as described in the next section.
Return notification address
After you save the key, form ID, and at least one store in the Connection stage, the Return notification address card appears. Registering the address lets Wygodne Zwroty notify Noxti immediately about new and updated returns, so they appear promptly instead of during the next daily check.
- Make sure the connection is enabled. If it is disabled, the message says Enable the connection before registering the address.
- Click Register with Wygodne Zwroty and confirm with a 2FA code.
- On success, you will see Address registered with Wygodne Zwroty. The address field displays the address with a Copy button. Before the first registration, it says The address will be created during registration.
Other messages you may see:
- The address can be registered only in the production system. Registration from a Noxti test copy is blocked so it cannot redirect notifications for a live store.
- Wygodne Zwroty rejected the store API key or The store API key does not have access to this return form. Correct the key or form ID in the Connection stage.
- Wygodne Zwroty did not confirm the new address or The address was sent to Wygodne Zwroty, but we could not confirm it was saved. Click the button again.
Regular checks — a safety net
Notifications may fail to arrive. Therefore, with Check returns regularly enabled, Noxti asks Wygodne Zwroty once a day, early in the morning, about returns for recently shipped orders from connected stores. Each order is checked several times in the first few weeks after shipping, then weekly until the number of days in How far back to look for returns (days) has passed. Orders whose returns are already delivered or canceled are skipped.
Do not turn this off, even with the notification address registered. It costs little and catches returns whose notifications were lost.
Where to find returns
- Returns → Tracking (the Shipments in transit screen) lists expected returns. The Source column shows the Wygodne Zwroty connection name, and the Source filter in the expandable panel narrows the list to these returns (Returns — what the module contains). A return is listed as soon as it is reported. Until the customer ships the parcel, Carrier status says Not shipped. The In transit counter above the list does not include these returns; it counts only parcels already moving. You can also search by the Wygodne Zwroty return number.
- Returns → List — a return is created after the parcel is scanned. The Source filter also lists Wygodne Zwroty connections (Returns list — tiles, filters, and bulk actions).
- Settings → Warehouse → Returns, General subtab, Return handling deadline (SLA) card — select the Wygodne Zwroty connection under Integrations and set its own deadline under Days to handle (from creation).
- Automations — in a returns rule, the Integration condition lets you select a Wygodne Zwroty connection just like a marketplace. The rule applies to returns received through it.
Return without an order
A return is assigned to an order by order number, but only among stores listed in the Stores using this form field. If the number matches multiple orders and cannot be matched unambiguously, the return remains unassigned. This is intentional, to avoid refunding the wrong order. If there are many such returns, first check that all relevant stores are selected in this field.
A product that cannot be matched unambiguously to an order item remains on the return with its name but without an item link; it must be identified manually during scanning.
What this integration does not do
- It does not provide a Noxti return form for customers. Customers submit returns through Wygodne Zwroty; set the return address, reasons, and customer emails in the Wygodne Zwroty panel.
- It does not refund customers through Wygodne Zwroty. The service cannot do this. Refunds continue through the store or marketplace where the order was placed (Refunds — when money is returned to the customer).
- It does not translate return reasons into Noxti reasons; the reason remains on the item as entered by the customer.
- There is no manual refresh button yet for returns on one order. A missing return will be retrieved through a notification or the daily check.
Permissions
Creating and configuring the connection requires the Integrations module permission. Saving settings and registering the notification address also require a 2FA code (2FA confirmation when changing permissions). Viewing returns on Returns screens works like viewing returns from any other source.
