Integrations list — my connections and the available catalog
Two tabs: what you have already connected and a catalog of everything you can connect. Create a connection by selecting a provider from the catalog.
The Integrations → Integrations menu opens a screen with two tabs.
Step by step — create a new connection
- Go to Integrations → Integrations and open the Available integrations tab.
- Find a provider using search or the type filter. Online stores have a separate group from marketplaces; email and SMS services also have their own groups. Services that handle store returns, such as Wygodne Zwroty, are in Returns service. Companies that ship your orders from their own warehouse (dropshipping, such as Halmar) are in Wholesaler (Wholesaler — someone else stores and ships your goods).
- Click the provider tile. The New integration form opens. For email or SMS, a setup wizard starts as described in Email and SMS accounts — sending configuration.
- Enter a Name. This is required and will appear later in lists and filters. If you have two accounts on the same marketplace, choose names that distinguish them.
- Leave the Active switch on or turn it off.
- Click Create. You will go straight to the connection configuration screen.
- Enter credentials in the Connection stage and save them (Connection configuration — steps and key settings).
- Click Test in the screen header and check the result before proceeding.
You can later rename the connection by clicking the pencil icon next to its name in the header (tooltip: Rename connection).
My integrations
This tab lists the connections your company already has, showing whether they are active, their type, and their name. Open a connection here to edit it (Connection configuration — steps and key settings).
Available integrations
This is a catalog of available services, grouped by type. The count next to the tab shows the number of catalog entries; counts next to groups help you gauge their size. Several email services use the shared SMTP integration.
A provider tile opens configuration for a new connection. Marketplace tiles are shown up to four rows. If a group is larger, expand it with the Show more tile, which displays the number of hidden entries. Search also includes entries outside the preview.
Creating a connection therefore takes two steps: select a connector from the catalog, then fill in its configuration.
Test the connection
The Test button in the configuration screen header checks whether the keys and addresses work. The result appears in a banner above the settings (Connection OK on success) and is saved as the integration health, shown in the header under the Connection label. Use it immediately after entering credentials, before looking for causes elsewhere.
Details that cause confusion
- A gray circle with a letter instead of a logo means the connector has no assigned graphic. It does not indicate an error or inactive status; the logo file is simply missing.
- The type filters on the two tabs differ. One shows the Warehouse type, while the other omits it and uses different service names. Both tabs call Returns service by the same name. When looking for an ERP connection, check both.
- Delivery and Wholesaler are different types. Delivery integrations are carriers; Wholesalers are companies that ship your orders themselves (Wholesaler — someone else stores and ships your goods). The Wholesaler type is not the Wholesale module (your wholesale sales, Wholesale orders — a status, not a separate order type).
- Sometimes the catalog shows a brand without a working connector—with a logo but no driver. Adding such a connection will do nothing.
Permissions
This whole area is protected by the Integrations module. Note the distinction between actions: some operation buttons require create permission, not write permission. In some forms, the connection dropdown is protected by Warehouse and returns, not Integrations. If a connection list is empty, that is usually why (Module permissions — read, write, and create).
