Flags on return items
Excess, not in order, possible duplicate, discrepancy, unexpected. None blocks work, but three send the return to customer service.
Step by step
Check the flags on an item
- Open the return by clicking its row in the list. The Return details tab opens. You can also go directly to
/apps/wms/returns#123, where123is the return number. - Scroll to Return products.
- Flags appear on each item line, after the product name, as colored badges. The system spells them without Polish diacritics: NADMIAR, SPOZA ZAMOWIENIA, NIEOCZEKIWANY, Mozliwy duplikat.
- The first three apply only when the return is linked to an order. A return without a linked order will not show any of them.
- A quantity discrepancy is not a badge. Click an item row to expand it. A yellow triangle appears beside Location; hover over it. The tooltip says Rozbieznosc: oczekiwano X, otrzymano Y.
- A closed return does not expand rows. You see only the summary line, without the triangle or editor.
Remove a return item
- Make sure the return is open. A closed return cannot be expanded — this is the first sign that you cannot remove an item.
- Click the item row to expand its editor.
- Click the red trash icon to the right of Location. Its tooltip says Usun produkt. > The trash icon appears only for an item that has not yet been put away into the warehouse. After putaway, the icon is simply absent — this is the only information shown.
- There is no confirmation prompt. Clicking deletes the item immediately.
- Check for the message Usunieto produkt: followed by the product name.
- Denials are shown in English — this part of the module has no Polish translations:
- Product already put away to warehouse — cannot remove — the item is already in a location.
- Return is closed - operation not allowed — the return was closed in the meantime.
- Removed the wrong item? Scan its EAN again in Skanuj EAN produktu zwrotu... above the product list. The item will return.
NADMIAR (EXCESS)
More units of this product were received than expected: more than the marketplace reported or, if it reported none, more than were in the order.
Scanning is not blocked. If it is just a duplicate scan, remove the duplicate item while the return is still open.
After the return is closed, a return containing this item automatically becomes problematic. No automation will move it onward; it waits for customer service.
SPOZA ZAMOWIENIA (NOT IN ORDER)
The scanned EAN does not belong to the order linked to the return.
The item is accepted because it is physically in the parcel. You can remove it while the return is open.
The flag requiring a manual decision appears only when the return is closed. The item then appears in Errors / decisions, and the entire return automatically becomes problematic; automation will not move it onward.
This item is never refunded automatically. There is no invoice line for a correction to refer to, and the item may have a completely different price from the one in the order. Customer service handles it manually in the marketplace panel.
Mozliwy duplikat (POSSIBLE DUPLICATE)
The total units of an EAN returned across all returns for this order exceeds the quantity ordered — for example, the same product appears in two separate returns.
A return with this marker automatically becomes problematic and waits for customer service. The marker alone does not affect the refund.
Quantity discrepancy
The tooltip has the form expected this many, received this many. It appears when the number of scanned units differs from the expected quantity.
NIEOCZEKIWANY (UNEXPECTED)
The product is in the order, but the marketplace did not report it as being returned — it came back “along with” the return.
This flag does not make the return problematic. The goods belong to us and were part of this order.
When scanning an EAN
- No product found with the given EAN — check the scan or add the product manually.
- Several products have this EAN and none match the order for this return — choose the correct one from the list.
- EAN field is empty, Invalid quantity, Invalid data.
