Product card
Everything about one product in one place — attributes, prices, stock, translations, dimensions, and offers.
Click a row in the list to open its card. The list has two views, selected with the buttons next to the Products heading: Table and List + editor. The system remembers your choice for your account. In List + editor view, products appear in a narrow column on the left (with the same filters, search, and view as the table; more results load as you scroll), and the card opens beside it. Clicking a table row also opens the card. The cross in the card header, Esc, or your browser's Back button closes it and returns to the table — to the same page, with the same filters, selection, and scroll position.
The open product appears in the address (?product=123) — you can share the link, and refreshing the page will not lose it. The ← and → arrow keys (when you are not in a text field) move to the previous and next products in the list on the left.
The card header contains the image, name (editable immediately), SKU · EAN · catalog, status, the AI Extraction button, the More actions menu, and the cross. Below it are three figures: Available, Price (in the price group selected in the list), and Completeness. Completeness has a color bar (red below 50%, yellow below 80%) and a count of missing items. Click it to see what is missing — required attributes, translation languages, an image, a category, price groups, or SEO — and click a missing item to open the tab where you can fill it in. Details shows the full breakdown.
Tabs: General, Attributes (required fields filled / all required fields), Prices, Stock, Offers, Automations, and History. The number next to a tab shows how many items it contains; a small dot means something is missing. Hover over the dot to see a hint, such as Missing: image, category or Price set in 2 of 3 price groups. General is divided into Details, Description, Categories, Media, Variants, and Relations.
Step by step
Edit product data
- Open the card — it is in edit mode immediately; you do not need to enable anything.
- Edit the name in the header. Choose a language using the PL / EN / DE… chips on the right, in the row with stock, price, and completeness (when there are more than 6 languages, one button with a list and search replaces the chips). One selection applies to the name and all tabs. You can select several languages at once — see below. In a language other than the default, the name field is empty until you enter a translation; the main name appears only as a faint hint. SKU, EAN, External ID, dimensions (Height (mm), Width (mm), Length (mm)), and the active toggle are under General → Details.
- Save with the Save button at the bottom of the card or the Ctrl+S shortcut (⌘S on Mac; the shortcut is shown on the button itself) — it also works when the cursor is in a field. Cancel discards your changes. If you try to switch to another product or close the card with unsaved changes, you will first be asked to confirm. You can enable autosave instead of clicking (see below).
Saving, autosave, and undo
- Ctrl+S / ⌘S does exactly what Save does on the tab you are on (Details and Description, or Attributes).
- Turn on Autosave with the floppy-disk icon in the bottom-left corner of the card (it shows a lightning bolt when enabled). Your browser remembers this choice for your account; it is off by default. When enabled, Details and Description fields (name, SKU, EAN, External ID, active status, dimensions, weight, and translation) and Attributes values save automatically one and a half seconds after the last change — or immediately when you switch to another tab, another product, or close the card. The bottom then shows a status instead of Save/Cancel: Saving..., Saved 12:03, or Not saved with a Retry button. After an error (for example, a SKU already in use), autosave waits until you correct the field. Saving attributes sends only the values that have changed.
- Undo: after each save, Saved: product name appears in the button row, to the left of Cancel and Save, with an Undo (10) button that counts down for 10 seconds (the Ctrl+Z / ⌘Z shortcut is shown on the button). Undo — or that shortcut when the cursor is not in a text field — restores the state from before the save: product fields, translation, and changed attributes. A translation or attribute value that this save created is removed. The card then reloads. Several autosaves of the same product during the countdown are grouped into one entry (×2, ×3…), and Undo returns to the state before the first one. Note: if someone else changed the same product during those seconds, undo will overwrite their change.
Check where the product is listed and whether stock matches
- Open the Offers tab.
- Above the table is a summary tile: OK when the stock on every offer matches warehouse stock, or Mismatch — under the Stock synchronization label. The adjacent tile shows the Price range.
- The table has the columns Marketplace, Status, Offer ID, MP price, WMS price, Δ Price, MP stock, WMS stock, Δ Stock, Last sync., and Actions. The “Δ” columns show the difference:
=when values match, otherwise the signed difference. - Offer ID links to the channel listing if the system knows its address.
- An empty tab is informative, not an error — the product has no mirrored offer anywhere (Marketplace offer — our local mirror of a listing).
Add a translation
- Go to General → Description.
- Choose a language using the PL / EN / DE… chips in the card header. A dot on a chip means the product has no name in that language (hint: No name in language: …).
- The first field is Name in the selected language. It is the same name as in the card header: a change in one place appears in the other immediately.
- Fill in the description, then click Save at the bottom of the card. Missing languages lower completeness (Completeness indicator).
Enter the same text in several languages at once
Not every field needs separate text in every language. Select several languages and enter the value once — it will be applied to all selected languages.
- Click the chip for the first language, then Ctrl+click (⌘+click on Mac) the others. Selected chips are filled with color.
- Or open the arrow after the chips: All languages selects all of them; the checkbox next to a language adds or removes it (the list stays open); clicking a language name selects only that language and closes the list.
- Translatable fields — name, short description, full description, and attributes marked with a language icon — show a shared value. If selected languages have different text, the field is empty and shows the hint Different values — the text you enter will replace them in all selected languages. Entering any text overwrites the text in every selected language.
- Fields without a language (SKU, EAN, dimensions, prices, etc.) work as usual.
- Save (or Ctrl+S, or autosave) saves every changed language. Undo in the save bar restores the previous text in each of them and removes translations that this save created. Missing-item dots refresh after saving.
- Clicking a single chip without Ctrl returns to one language.
Send this product's stock to channels
- Open the More actions menu (three dots) in the card header → Sync to marketplace. This option is disabled until the product has an EAN.
- The synchronization dialog opens — its text has not been translated. It says: “You are about to sync … to all configured marketplaces.”
- Select a warehouse in the Select Warehouse field.
- The warning in the dialog says: “This will send current stock quantities to all active marketplaces linked to the selected warehouse.” That means the update will be sent to all active channels linked to that warehouse, not just one.
- Confirm with Sync Now; Cancel closes the dialog without sending.
Attributes
Values for attributes from the catalog the product belongs to. Required attributes are marked and contribute the most to completeness. For single-select and multi-select lists, you can add a new value without leaving the attribute dictionary: type it into the field and click Add «…» below the list.
An icon showing the attribute type (text, number, list…) appears before its name, with a small marker beside it: a language icon means the value is entered separately for each language; a list icon means the value is an option from the dictionary, and its name is translated under Attributes. With no marker, the value is the same in every language. The legend appears above the attributes. An empty value in another language shows the default-language value as a faint hint; an untranslated option is dimmed, and a dot next to its name indicates what is missing. When several languages are selected, an attribute with a language icon is saved for each of them (see Enter the same text in several languages at once).

Categories
General → Categories. Add a category in the field at the bottom of the list: type part of its name, choose a suggestion (suggestions show the full path, e.g. MOODO > SHIRT), and press Enter — the category is saved immediately, and the field is ready for another. The first category added is the main one; to set another as main, hover over its row and click Set as main. The cross removes an assignment.
Category assignments, including the main category selection. The main category matters when publishing to channels — it usually determines the mapping.
Prices
Base price, prices in price groups, and final price. VAT rates are separate: add them manually or use a country template. Price change history is available here too.
Stock
The Stock tab shows Warehouse, Stock, Reserved, and Available for every warehouse where the product has stock. A product with no stock shows No stock in any warehouse.
To compare this with what was sent to a channel, go elsewhere — to the Offers tab, the Stock synchronization tile (OK or Mismatch), and the Δ Stock column. This is the first place to check when a marketplace shows different availability from the warehouse.
Automations
Automation rules from the products section — the name, the “event → conditions → actions” sentence, and when each rule last ran for this product. Click a rule to open its editor. Below that, Runs for this product shows the last 20 rule runs and their results. You cannot run rules manually from the product card — the products section has no place for manual triggers.
History
Marketplace synchronization history: what was sent to channels and when (quantity, status, error). History is tracked by EAN; products without an EAN have no history.
Translations
Under General → Description, in the language selected with a chip in the header: the name, short description, and full description in every language active in the catalog. Selecting several languages enters one value for all of them at once. Missing languages lower completeness.
Dimensions
Height, width, and length in millimeters. Edit them under General → Details, in the Height (mm), Width (mm), and Length (mm) fields.
The system remembers where a value came from and does not let synchronization from an external system overwrite dimensions entered manually. However, the card does not show the source — you cannot see that information on screen.
Variants and relations
These are two separate parts of the General tab — Variants (size, color) and Relations (links to other products).
Relations is a simple list: a thumbnail, the linked product's name and SKU, the relation type (for example, “Replacements”), and a cross to remove it. Click a product to open its card. At the bottom is an add row: choose a type, enter a product name, SKU, or EAN, and press Enter — the relation is saved immediately, without a Save button, and the field is ready for another product. Each search result shows an image, SKU, and EAN. One type can link any number of products. Until you select a type, the product field directs you back to the type field.
The type field suggests Similar, Complementary, Goes with set, and Replacements — the types you do not have yet. You can also enter a custom name and select Create type. Each type is an attribute of type Relation that points to products; you can rename or disable a type on the Attributes screen. A relation is one-way: it is visible only on the product where you added it.
Marketplace offers
The Offers tab lists offers on sales channels and links to the channel listing. If the product is not listed anywhere, the tab is empty — this is informative, not an error.
