Review AI suggestions
AI-proposed attribute values grouped by “attribute → value.” Approve or reject a whole group at once, even across tens of thousands of products.
AI extraction saves each proposed attribute value as a pending suggestion—nothing reaches the product until you approve it. The AI Review screen groups suggestions by attribute and value, with product count and average confidence. Instead of clicking through products one by one, you decide for the whole group.
How to get here
- Open Products and select products (or Select all N to select the entire filtered result).
- Click AI in the bulk-action bar:
- Extract attributes opens the extraction window. Run in background and review queues extraction and immediately opens the review for that run. A bar at the top shows extraction is still running; groups load automatically when it finishes. Extraction runs on products on the current page.
- Review suggestions opens review for the selection or the entire filtered result.
Confidence threshold
The Threshold slider (80% by default) selects groups whose average confidence is at least that high. Moving it selects everything again—manual checkbox changes are lost. Bar colors: green from 80%, orange from 50%, red below that.
Actions on a group
Hover over a row to see three icons:

| ✕ Reject | Rejects the suggestion; nothing is saved to products |
The product count in a row is a link. It opens a panel listing products (old value struck through → new value) with search by name and SKU. A deselected product will not receive the value when the group is approved.
Bulk approval
- Apply selected · N saves all selected groups (N is the number of products after exclusions). Large groups run in batches of 2,000; a progress bar shows how many have been saved.
- Reject the rest rejects all unselected groups. It asks for confirmation because rejection cannot be undone.
Conflicts
Conflicts always appear at the top. A conflict is a product for which AI proposed two different values for the same attribute. Such products are not included in any group. In the conflict panel, each product has buttons for the candidates. Clicking one saves it to that product and rejects the other suggestions.
Undo
For 30 seconds after saving, a message with Undo appears. Older saves from the same session are under History in the footer. Undo restores previous values and returns suggestions to review. It does not undo a value changed manually after saving. Undo is available for up to 24 hours and only while you remain on the review screen—History does not survive navigation to another page.
Things to watch
- Groups appear largest first. If there are many values, load more with Load more. Apply selected includes only loaded groups.
- The Run button on this screen works when you arrived from extraction (the system knows the products and catalogs). Otherwise, start from the product list.
- The gear icon opens AI prompt templates.
