Integrations — branch map and where to start
Six screens in the menu and a few more outside it. This article explains where to find things and in what order to connect a new channel.
Where to find things
| Screen | Purpose | More |
|---|---|---|
| Integrations | Your connections and the available catalog | Integrations list — my connections and the available catalog |
| Marketplace listings | Listing overview, matching, changes, alerts | Listings screen — four tabs |
| Carriers | Carrier directory | Courier list — carrier directory |
| Synchronization console | Activity across all pipelines | Synchronization console — where to see what is happening |
| Force synchronization | Run synchronization manually | Forcing synchronization — start it manually |
| Listing exclusions | Stock rules per product and channel | Offer exclusions — stock rules per product and channel |
The Advanced section also contains category mapping and resuming Allegro listings.
Outside this branch, Settings → Integrations contains carrier mapping, status mapping, pricing policies, and AI prompts.
Order for connecting a new channel
The order matters. Doing things out of sequence can result in stock being sent nowhere.
- Create a connection and enter the credentials (Integrations list — my connections and the available catalog).
- Test the connection.
- Map a warehouse—without this, stock will not be sent and you will not get a warning (Mappings — warehouses, carriers, price lists, categories).
- Map delivery methods to carriers; otherwise, orders will come in but cannot be packed (Delivery-method mapping and shipment validation).
- Download listings and match them to products (Linking a listing to a product — without it, nothing gets sent).
- Check order status mapping (Marketplace order statuses — mapping in both directions).
- Only now enable stock publishing and order imports.
- After a few days, check status mapping again; by then, the system may have created statuses it did not recognize automatically.
Three things to remember when getting started
- Downloading listings and publishing stock are separate switches. Stock publishing works only when listing downloads are enabled—not the other way around (Switches that stop an entire channel).
- Missing configuration usually causes silence, not an error. An empty queue does not mean “everything was sent” (Synchronization is not working — checklist).
- Imports require an active schedule. If orders are not arriving despite correct connection settings, ask NOXTI support to check the schedule (Importing orders from a marketplace).
Permissions
This entire branch relies on the Integrations module. Note that some buttons require create access, some only write access, and one dropdown is protected by the Warehouse and returns permission (Module permissions — read, write, and create).
