Scan history — a permanent shipment record
Every parcel scan from the terminal is kept here permanently: who scanned it, when, which carrier, and the result. This screen is for reading; use the terminal to scan.
The older desktop screens — Warehouse (operator dashboard) and Scanning (parcel scanner) — have been removed. The terminal (/wms2, First time using the terminal) now does everything they did; parcel scanning is the Parcels module (Eleven terminal functions and how to switch between them). Scan history remains because this is where the permanent record lives.
Scan history — permanent record
This is the full history of parcel scans. Summary cards appear at the top, followed by a table with Status / Time, Tracking, Order, Courier, Source (how the parcel was identified), Type (regular scan or master carton), and Ms — system response time in milliseconds.
Filters: period (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time), result (All results, Successful only, Errors only), and scan type (All scans, Mother Box, Regular). Search by tracking number is also available.
Use this screen when:
- A customer says a parcel was not shipped — check whether and when it was scanned.
- A scan failed and you need to see the error.
- Scanning has slowed down — the response-time column shows this at a glance.
This is a read-only screen. You cannot change or correct anything here; you can copy a tracking number and open its order.
The screen requires the Warehouse & Returns and Advanced modules.
