Advanced section — what it is and when to use it
Screens that answer “why did the system do that?” rather than “what should I do now?” Access requires TWO permissions at once.
At the bottom of the sidebar is the Advanced group. It contains screens that answer “why did the system do that?”, not “what should I do now?”
Use them when something already looks wrong: data is missing, something did not arrive, or an automation did not run. Warehouse operators do not need them in day-to-day work.
What it contains
| Screen | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Scan history | Record of parcel scans from the terminal (Scan history — a permanent shipment record) |
| Flows | The lowest layer of stock state (Flows — the lowest layer of inventory state) |
| Status entries | Raw statuses received from carriers (Status entries — what the carrier actually sent) |
| Execution logs | History of automation runs (Execution logs — why an automation did not run) |
| Event register | Raw time and attendance entries (Event register — raw attendance punches) |
| Category mapping, Resume Allegro offers, XML channels | Setup normally done once when connecting a channel (Category mapping, resuming Allegro offers, and XML feeds) |
Access: two permissions, not one
The group has its own Advanced module, but that alone opens nothing. A menu item appears only when a role has both the Advanced module and the module behind that specific item:
- Warehouse & returns — scan history,
- Workflow — execution logs,
- Deliveries — status entries,
- Integrations — category mapping and Allegro,
- Attendance — event register,
- Documents — XML channels.
Granting only the Advanced module does not expand anyone’s access to data. It determines only whether the section is displayed.
Company administrators and superadministrators always see the section because their permissions resolve to full access. Nobody else gets it automatically; a company administrator grants it under Roles (Role — what it is and how permissions are calculated).
Page addresses have not changed
If you used a direct link to one of these screens, it still works. The section moves the doors, not the walls (Menu map).
Want to see this with your orders? We’ll show you NOXTI with your sales channels and warehouse.
