Event register — raw attendance punches
The layer beneath attendance reports. A report shows the result; the register shows the individual punches used to produce it.
This is the raw time-and-attendance event register. Columns show date and time, employee, event type, source, kiosk, GPS, photo, and whether the event is valid. You can also see whether an entry was corrected.
Filters include event type, source, kiosk, employee, validity, and date range. Export data to Excel, CSV, JSON, or XML.
Why use this screen
- An employee says they clocked in, but the attendance report does not show it — check whether the event arrived and which kiosk it came from.
- You are checking an event marked invalid, for example a punch made outside the permitted location.
- You need a raw export of events for payroll.
This is the layer under attendance reports: the report shows the result, while the register shows the individual punches used to produce it (Event log, corrections, and workdays).
Schedules, leave, and reports are in the HR module under Tools.
Access requires the Attendance and Advanced modules.
