Status entries — what the carrier actually sent

These are raw parcel statuses received from carrier systems before they are translated into internal statuses. Columns show the identifier, tracking number, external status, status type, integration name, and date recorded.

Status types: Initial, Pending, Final Success (delivered), and Final Fail (not delivered). Filter by integration or status type, or search by tracking number.

Why use this screen

• Tracking differs from the carrier’s website — check what the carrier actually sent (Shipment statuses — nine stages and why you see four).
• A new carrier status is not recognized and you need its exact text to add a mapping.
• You need to check whether an integration is sending updates at all.

This is a diagnostic screen. Carrier-to-internal status mappings are configured under Settings, in Delivery — not here (Status dictionaries — external, internal, and mapping).

Access requires the Deliveries and Advanced modules.
