Execution logs — why an automation did not run
History of workflow rule runs. The Result column answers the three most common questions, including whether it ran at all.
This is the history of automation runs from the Workflow module. Columns: Workflow, Event, Order, Result, Duration, and Run date.
Results are Passed, Failed, Partial, or Conditions Failed. The last means the automation was triggered, but its conditions were not met, so nothing happened.
Filters let you choose a specific automation, result, order number, and date range (Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or a custom range).
Three answers are shown directly
When a rule did not work, the Result column distinguishes three cases:
- No row — the automation did not run at all. Check the trigger (Events — what starts a rule).
- Conditions Failed — it ran but did not pass its conditions.
- Failed — it ran and ended with an error.
This is only a log. Build and enable automations in the Workflow module under Tools; this screen changes nothing (Create and organize rules).
Access requires the Workflow and Advanced modules.
