Menu map
Where things are — the sections of the side menu and what you can find in each.
The side menu is divided into sections. Here is the map, from the top.
Step by step
Find a screen that is not where you expected
- Go through the menu from the top, section by section. The heading order is fixed: Dashboard, Orders, Catalog, Documents, Warehouse and logistics, Integrations, Tools, Configuration, and finally Advanced.
- Expand groups. Some screens do not have their own row — they are inside the Reports, Catalog, Replenishment, Integrations, HR, Team and access, and Advanced groups.
- Check Advanced (the second-to-last menu item, without a heading above it). It contains Scan history, Status history, Automation logs, Event log, Category mapping, Resume Allegro listings, and XML feeds — quite a few screens people look for under their old sections.
- If the screen is still missing, check Settings. Many things that look like separate screens are tabs in settings (Settings — map of ten sections).
- Leave global search until last. It knows its own, shorter list of pages, not the whole menu — you will not find most reports there (Global search).
Find out why a colleague sees an item you do not
- Every menu row and group requires the appropriate permissions. A group disappears if you have no access to any of its screens.
- Compare the requirements below with your role (Role — what it is and how permissions are calculated).
- Advanced requires access both to that group and to the specific screen.
- If the item you need is not in the menu, ask your company administrator to check your permissions.
Dashboard
Dashboard (reports.orders_dashboard permission), Live sales (reports.sales_live_dashboard), and a Reports group (reports) with five subgroups:
- AI — Usage, Accuracy,
- Logistics — Logistics overview, Fulfilment time, Carrier performance, SLA report, Transport anomalies, Problem orders, Advanced analytics,
- HR — HR overview, HR analytics, Attendance report, Absences and leave, Overtime and compliance, Employee productivity (HR), Schedule compliance, Working time utilization,
- Catalog — PIM quality,
- Warehouse — Warehouse overview, Live operations, Orders by stage, Stock levels, Warehouse locations, Picking performance, Employee productivity (warehouse), Movement history, Stock movements, Goods receipts, Stock analysis, Location browser, Product browser, Expiring batches, Returns analytics. Expiring batches appears only if the company has at least one active warehouse using Full batch mode (mode is set separately for each warehouse: Off, Background, or Full).
Orders
Orders, Customers, Wholesale.
Catalog
Products and the Catalog group: Categories, Attributes, Catalogs, Prices.
Documents
Documents.
Warehouse and logistics
WMS Terminal 2, WMS Queue, Replenishment group (Panel, Sessions), Returns, Goods receipts, Stocktaking, Tracking, and Tracking documents.
Integrations
Marketplace listings and the Integrations group: Integrations, Couriers, Sync console, Force synchronization, Listing exclusions.
Tools
Issues, Automation, AI assistant, and the HR group (Employees, Schedules, Leave, Reports).
In the menu, the issue module is called Issues (Issues — what they are and what they are not), and the rules module is called Automation (Automations — WHEN, IF, THEN). These are the same things people call “tickets” and “workflows” in conversation.
Configuration
The Team and access group (User accounts, Roles and permissions, My companies), Settings, Audit log, and Knowledge base.
Knowledge base is visible to every signed-in user — deliberately, so instructions are available especially to people who do not yet know the system.
Advanced
A group without a heading above it, just above the platform section. It contains diagnostics and screens people use when something has gone wrong: Scan history, Status history, Automation logs, Event log, Category mapping, Resume Allegro listings, and XML feeds. The old Warehouse and Scanning sections (the former operator dashboard) were removed on 2026-09-20; the Terminal at /wms2 now serves their purpose.
Shortcuts in the top bar
The icon in the top bar opens the Shortcuts card — its heading is in English — with two items: Products (Product list) and Orders (Order list).
