Wholesale orders list
A separate view of B2B orders, with item previews, delivery statuses, and consolidation.
Open the wholesale view from the menu: Orders → Wholesale. This separate list is designed for working with multiple orders for the same recipient.
Step by step
Open and narrow the list
- In the side menu, choose Orders → Wholesale. The screen card is called Wholesale panel.
- The list shows only orders with the
Hurtstatus. This filter is built into the screen and cannot be removed with any button. - If a yellow warning appears at the top—“Status \"Hurt\" not found. Make sure the status exists in the system.”—the table will remain empty and you cannot do anything here until the status is created (Wholesale orders — a status, not a separate order type).
- Search in the Search orders... field. The list reloads 400 ms after the last character; there is no “search” button.
- For additional conditions, click the funnel button. The panel offers Integration, Carrier, Country, Payment, Payment type, Date from, Date to, Customer, Shipment no., EAN, Phone, and WMS. There is no “apply” button; each change takes effect immediately.
- The red × next to the funnel clears all filters. The red numbered badge on the funnel shows how many are active.
The footer below the table shows a range in the format 1-50 of 1,234, first / previous / next / last page buttons, and a page-size selector: 25, 50, 100, or 250. The default is 50.
Identify a consolidated order
- Look at the icon column on the left. A parent order has an extra blue marker with a layers icon; hovering over it displays the Consolidated tooltip.
- Another clue is its store order number: when created, the parent order gets the number
CONS-<first source order number>. - Check this before selecting it. Selecting a parent order enables Undo consolidation, not Consolidate—two entirely different operations in the same toolbar position.
Perform an action on selected orders
- Select rows with their checkboxes. The checkbox in the header selects only the current page.
- A badge appears on the right side of the toolbar: N selected · <total value>.
- When two or more unconsolidated orders are selected, a blue Consolidate (N) button appears. With fewer than two, it is hidden; trying another route ends with “Select at least 2 orders.”
- If at least one selected order is consolidated, an orange Undo consolidation (N) button appears.
- Change status with the Change status... field. Selecting a status applies it immediately. The success message is Status changed for N orders; a refusal displays Could not change status or the server’s error message.
Create a shipment for a consolidated order
- Open the
⋮menu at the end of the parent order’s row. - Below the divider, there is one option for each active courier integration, in the format Label: <integration name>. Choose the carrier here, not in a separate window.
- The Create shipment — <integration name> window opens with the label-creation panel: Carrier, Shipment details (weight, number of parcels, dimensions), Contents (customs clearance / description), and the Create label, Without a label, and Shipment only buttons.
- Success is confirmed by the Shipment created successfully notification.
The Details option in the same menu, or clicking the #… number in a row, opens the regular orders screen with that order’s card open.
What you see in a row
Customer, date, gross value, delivery method, and status. Orders created by combining several others are marked as consolidated.
Filters
Narrow the list by customer, country, status, and date range (date from / date to). Delivery statuses have their own labels, including in progress, delivered, and at pickup point.
