Reports — map of all dashboards
More than twenty screens in five groups: sales, logistics, warehouse, HR, and AI. This article tells you where to find things.
Step by step
Open a report when you are not sure of its name
- Side menu → Dashboard section → Reports group. This is an expandable group, not a separate screen.
- Expand one of the five subgroups: AI, Logistics, HR, Catalog, or Warehouse. Reports are two levels deep — Reports → Warehouse → Stock levels.
- If a subgroup is not visible, you lack permission to every report in that family. The entire group disappears if none of its entries is visible to you (Report permissions — two layers and four mismatches).
- Do not look for reports in global search. It has its own short list of pages and does not include warehouse, logistics, or HR reports (Global search).
- Two dashboards are next to the Reports group, not inside it: Dashboard and Live sales.
Watch the names: the menu subgroup is HR; inside it, one entry is Employee productivity (HR), while its counterpart under Warehouse is Employee productivity (warehouse). These are two different screens (HR dashboards — what each one shows).
Main dashboards
Dashboard — sales for the selected period, 7 days by default (Dashboard — the first screen after signing in). Live sales — today only, refreshed every 15 seconds (Live sales — today’s live board).
Logistics — 7 reports
Logistics overview, Lead time, Carrier performance, SLA report, Transport anomalies, Problem orders, and Advanced analytics (Logistics reports — eight screens and what they measure).
Warehouse — 15 reports
| Report | About |
|---|---|
| Warehouse overview | The overall picture |
| Live operations | What is happening now |
| Orders by stage | Where orders are in the process |
| Stock levels | How much of each item there is |
| Warehouse locations | Occupancy and layout |
| Picking performance | Work pace |
| Employee productivity (warehouse) | Individual results |
| Movement history | What was moved |
| Goods movements | List of warehouse flows |
| Warehouse receipts | Deliveries |
| Stock analysis | Turnover and levels |
| Location browser | Details for one location |
| Product browser | Details for one product |
| Lots nearing expiry¹ | Which lots are expiring and where they are stored |
| Returns analytics | Returns at a glance |
The two browsers differ from the others: they are not aggregate reports, but views of a single object. They are useful when investigating a specific case.
¹ Lots nearing expiry appears in the menu only when the company has at least one active warehouse with lot mode set to Full. Lot mode is configured separately for each warehouse: Off, Background, or Full. Warehouses in Background mode do not add an entry to the menu. You can also open the report at /dashboards/wms/lots-expiring.
Lots nearing expiry shows one row per lot–location pair: expiry date, days remaining (a negative number means “already expired”), quantity, and shelf. By default, the range covers the next 30 days plus the previous year of already expired lots; “All, regardless of age” removes the lower limit. The “Include lots without an expiry date” toggle works only after you select a warehouse or open the report from a product screen — without that restriction, the query would read the warehouse’s entire history.
The screen shows only warehouses in “Full” lot mode. The menu entry is visible to a role with warehouse access when the company has an active warehouse in Full mode. Data comes only from active warehouses where lot mode is Full. A warehouse in Background mode records lots but does not display them — including in this report. A warehouse with lot tracking off does not show even lots that remain on its shelves.
In the product browser, the “Loc.” column is the number of shelves where the product is currently stored (stock greater than zero). Empty shelves, workers’ carts, and disabled shelves are not counted. The same rule determines the number in the Locations tile at the top of the screen.
The “Unadjusted” column shows how much of that stock consists of returns put back on a shelf that are not yet in the ERP because they are awaiting a sales correction. These units are included in the WMS column, not added on top. The Stock selector chooses which stock the WMS column shows: All (default), Sellable (WMS stock minus unadjusted goods — this number also drives quantity filters and sorting), or Unadjusted (only products with such goods). The WMS vs ERP discrepancy only toggle always compares ERP with total WMS stock, including unadjusted goods. The column and selector appear only for companies that track unadjusted goods (Settings → Returns → General, Goods without an ERP credit note — returned items on shelves before the ERP is updated).
One row for every product at every location
Both browsers have a view switch next to the columns button:
- Product browser: Summary (one row per product) / By location — each location containing the product gets its own row with quantity, zone, and warehouse.
- Location browser: Summary (one row per shelf) / By product — each product on a shelf gets its own row.
Search in this view covers the product name, SKU, and EAN as well as the location code. Warehouse, Zone, Type, and Quantity from/to filters apply to an individual row. There are no Stock status, WMS/ERP discrepancy, or Stock filters, or Unadjusted column in this view — those refer to product totals. The view is stored in the address (view=split), so a link opens it directly.
Export in this view saves the same rows: one line per product × location pair, with the filters set on screen (up to 20,000 rows). Quantities come from current shelf stock, the same source used for the Quantity column in the location browser.
HR — 8 reports
HR overview, HR analytics, Attendance report, Absences and leave, Overtime and compliance, Employee productivity (HR), Schedule adherence, and Working-time utilization (HR dashboards — what each one shows).
AI — 2 reports
Usage (AI usage — how much it costs and who uses it) and Accuracy (AI accuracy — how well data recognition works).
Catalog — 1 report
Called PIM Quality in the menu and PIM Quality in the screen heading. It shows product data completeness for the selected catalog: Quality Score, attribute completion, and product completeness.
The screen opens empty, with the message “Select a catalog to analyze,” until you choose a catalog in the Select catalog field. This is not an error (Completeness indicator).
