Dashboard — the first screen after signing in
Tiles, a revenue chart, and sales breakdowns for the selected period. By default it shows the last 7 days, not “today” — the most common misunderstanding.
Dashboard is usually the first screen after signing in — for people who can access it, it is the default destination. Usually, because the page where you ended your previous session takes priority.
Step by step
Read sales for the selected period
- Side menu → Dashboard → Dashboard.
- The Filters card is at the top of the screen. Set Date range to Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last year, All time, or Custom. The default is Last 7 days.
- Selecting Custom reveals two additional fields: Date from and Date to.
- Set the Currency — all amounts are converted to this currency. The default is PLN.
- Narrow the results with the Marketplace, Country, and Integration lists. Each accepts multiple values and has an X to clear it.
- Read the tiles in the Statistics card: Orders, Revenue, Average value, and Today.
- Below these, the screen adds the Revenue chart, Daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, Top countries, Top marketplaces, Top products, and Order statuses. They appear one after another, not all at once — that is normal.
Check that the numbers are fresh
- Click Refresh in the upper-right corner of the Filters card. This is the only way to force recalculation — data is cached for five minutes.
- The screen does not show a timestamp telling you when the figures were produced. If you compare the Dashboard with the order list, refresh first and then compare.
- If amounts differ, check the currency — a missing exchange rate is treated as 1:1 without a warning (Dashboard — what is not obvious at first glance).
What is on the screen
| Element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Statistics (tiles) | Orders, Revenue, Average value, Today |
| Revenue chart | Trend over the selected period |
| Daily / weekly / monthly summary | Period breakdowns |
| Top countries | Geographic breakdown |
| Top marketplaces | Breakdown by channel |
| Top products | Best-selling items |
| Order statuses | Order breakdown |
The default period is 7 days
This is the most common misunderstanding on this screen:
The Dashboard does not show only today. By default, it covers the last 7 days.
The order count on the tile is therefore not the number of orders placed today. Use a separate screen to view the current day (Live sales — today’s live board).
The “Today” tile may be outside the range
The Today tile shows today’s result even when today is outside the selected period. In that case its label changes to Today (outside selected range).
Without that note, a zero on this tile can look like there were no sales. Check the label before looking for a cause.
Filters
Preset ranges: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last year, All time, and Custom. There are also Currency (PLN by default), Marketplace, Country, and Integration.
You can type in Currency, Marketplace, Country, and Integration; each list narrows to your text instead of making you scroll. Selected values appear as chips, each removable with its own X without clearing the whole filter.
Filters apply immediately, and their state is saved in the URL — you can share a configured view as a link.
Data is cached for 5 minutes
The figures can be up to five minutes old. The refresh button forces an actual recalculation.
A small difference when comparing the Dashboard with the order list is normal — it is due to the cache, not an error.
Currency conversion
Values are converted to the selected currency using exchange rates. If a rate is unavailable, a 1:1 rate is assumed — with no warning on screen (Dashboard — what is not obvious at first glance).
For sales in multiple currencies, this can materially distort the figures. Read Dashboard — what is not obvious at first glance before relying on them.
