Picking performance — what the report counts
The report counts picking only, on the day it was done, and calculates pace from actual working time. That is why it matches Employee productivity.
The Reports → Warehouse → Picking performance report uses two clocks and never mixes them.
Work completed: cards, ranking, daily trend
- It counts picking items only (picks). Sorting and packing are not included.
- An item belongs to the day it was picked, not the day the queue was generated. A pick at 6:15 from a queue generated the previous evening counts today.
- Working time is the sum of the intervals from the first to the last pick on each day. Nights and breaks between days are excluded.
- Items/h = items / working time. Avg. time/item = working time / items.
- For an employee with one pick there is no time to measure: a dash is shown instead of zero.
- The ranking uses exactly the same calculation as Employee productivity with activity Picking and metric Tasks. The same dates and filters give the same numbers.
Work progress: stages and queues
The stage and queue charts show items generated during the selected period and how many of them are complete. A short pick (closed with a smaller quantity) counts as complete. The employee filter does not narrow these charts because pending items do not yet have an assigned worker.
Errors
The error log does not know which queue or employee an error came from. With a queue or employee filter, the Errors card shows a dash instead of a misleading percentage. If no items were picked during the period, the card shows only the number of errors.
Refreshing
A date range that includes today refreshes every minute. The note under the cards (“As of …”) tells you when the figures were calculated.
