Company details — profile, identifiers, bank, compliance, and logo
Six tabs of information used on documents and labels. Registration numbers are validated softly — an invalid format saves with a warning, but an invalid IBAN does not.
Go to Settings → Company details. The section requires Settings permission, and saving requires a valid 2FA verification (2FA confirmation when changing permissions).
You are not asked to verify for every button: after entering a code, you have 15 minutes to save again. The 2FA verification required window appears only after that period expires.
Step by step
The section is called Company details, and its first tab is Basic details — open the section, then choose the tab. The Identifiers and Bank tabs work the same way: click Edit, make changes, then click Save. Logo is the exception.
Tax ID and other registration numbers
- Open Configuration → Settings, then choose Company details from the list of sections. If you do not see it, use Search settings....
- Open Identifiers and click Edit; until then, the fields are read-only.
- Enter the Tax ID and, if the company sells in the EU, EU VAT.
- Under Other identifiers, click Add identifier, choose a Type (REGON, KRS, BDO, EORI, etc.), and enter a Value. For Other, an Label field appears.
- Repeat step 4 for each additional number.
- Click Save. Changes saved confirms success, but read any field warnings: a registration number in an invalid format still saves.
Bank account
- In Company details, open Bank and click Edit.
- Click Add account.
- Fill in Account name, IBAN, BIC / SWIFT, and Currency. Leave Any currency selected for an account that handles any currency.
- Click Set as default on the account that should appear on invoices; its label changes to Default.
- Click Save. An invalid IBAN or BIC blocks the entire tab from saving, so correct it straight away.
Logo
- Open the Logo tab in Company details.
- Click Choose file or drag an image into the drop area.
- Done — the logo saves immediately, without Edit or Save. You will see “Logo uploaded.”
- To replace it, click Delete first, then upload a new one.
A file larger than 2 MB or in a format other than JPG, PNG, or SVG is rejected with a message. The server checks this too, so there is no workaround.
Tabs
| Tab | Contains |
|---|---|
| Basic details | Full and short name, symbol, legal name, website, country, registered address, emails, phone, company time zone |
| Identifiers | Tax ID, EU VAT, and a list of registration numbers |
| Bank | Bank accounts: name, IBAN, BIC, currency, default account |
| Compliance (GDPR / GPSR) | Data protection officer details, privacy policy, GPSR responsible person data |
| Sender details | Default shipment sender details (Sender address — which address appears on the label) |
| Logo | Company graphic |
Company time zone
On Basic details, under Company time zone, choose one of four: Europe/Warsaw (default), Europe/Berlin, Europe/London, or UTC. Change it the same way as other fields: Edit, choose, Save.
The system uses this zone for dates and times shown to the customer or belonging to the company:
- printouts, emails, and SMS messages to customers — for example, the date and time an order was placed,
- document issue dates and monthly numbering — a document created at 00:30 already gets the new day's date,
- in the AI assistant: “today” on the daily dashboard, weekly KPIs, and daily sales trends,
- ticket statistics.
Other reports, attendance records, cutoff times, and carrier scheduling still use the Europe/Warsaw time zone, regardless of this setting.
Your personal time zone under My account → Preferences works separately: the AI assistant uses it to give you times in its answers, and list exports use it for timestamps in files.
Registration numbers
In addition to Tax ID and EU VAT, you can add a list of other types: REGON, KRS, BDO, EORI, WEEE, VAT-OSS, and their foreign equivalents — the German Handelsregister, French SIRET and SIREN, and UK Companies House. You can also choose “Other.”
Soft versus hard validation
Remember the distinction:
| Field | What happens with an invalid format |
|---|---|
| Tax ID, REGON, KRS, and other registration numbers | Saves and shows a warning |
| IBAN | Save is refused; checksum is validated |
| BIC | Save is refused; format is validated |
Registration number validation is deliberately soft because formats vary by country, and a stricter rule could block valid data. Do not ignore warnings; they usually indicate a typo.
IBAN validation is strict because the account number appears on invoices.
Two identical IBANs in a single save are rejected.
Logo
Maximum 2 MB, formats JPG, PNG, and SVG. Upload uses a separate mechanism, so the logo saves independently of the rest of the form.
Compliance — GDPR and GPSR
This tab contains the data protection officer's details and a privacy policy link, plus the GPSR responsible person's details. The “the company is the responsible person” switch uses the company profile data instead, so you do not have to enter it twice.
Setup checklist
The system has a configuration status checklist with six levels, from company details, bank, and logo through documents. It is a useful path when setting up a new company: it shows what is missing before you discover it when creating the first invoice.
