Replenishment dashboard — what the manager sees
Health, analysis, consolidation, sessions and history. Top tiles show what hurts; the backlog shows what can be done right away.
Warehouse & logistics → Replenishment → Dashboard. There are five tabs: Warehouse health, Analysis, Consolidation, Sessions and Decision history.
Step by step — from scan to tasks
A scan does not save anything by itself. Tasks are created only after you accept suggestions.
- Open Replenishment → Dashboard. The health card is always at the top, above the tabs.
- Click Scan warehouse at the top right of that card. The Scan warehouse dialog opens.
- Set scan filters. Save a filter set under Scan preset with Save as…; later you can Update or Delete it and select it from Saved preset.
- Click Scan. The dialog closes and results appear on the dashboard.
- Scan suggestions (N) appears under the health card only if the scan returned results. A note beside it reminds you that nothing is saved until accepted.
- Review suggestions. Coverage, Class, Rotation and Priority show urgency; From and To show the movement.
- Select the suggestions you want with their checkboxes.
- Click the green Accept selected (N). Tasks are created only now. Rejected items remain in the list with their reason.
- If the scan found nothing, read the message: Products do not have ABC classes yet, Locations do not have ABC zones, or No suggestions for these filters. The first two messages link to Classify products and Zone locations.
Step by step — consolidate single units
- Open Consolidation (heading Consolidate single units).
- Set Max units/location. One means single units only.
- Choose scope: Per SKU (a location + SKU row) or Per location (only locations where the combined stock is within the threshold).
- Narrow further if needed with Min. SKU locations, Aisle (e.g. A1), Source zones and Search SKU / EAN / name / code.
- Click Search. Results fill Candidates (N). Every filter change displays a reminder: Filters have changed — click Search to refresh the candidate list.
- Select the items to consolidate together.
- Choose the destination: select Destination location (start typing to search), or enable Scan location when putting away so the operator chooses a location, which may differ by item.
- Click Consolidate selected (N).
- Read the result: Created N consolidation tasks. If some were rejected, the message says N items were rejected — they remain selected in the list, with the reason shown on each row.
Common mistake: choosing one of the selected source locations as the destination. The response is explicit: Destination location is one of the selected source locations — choose another location or deselect that row.
Health tiles
- SKU below coverage — number of SKUs with less stock than the target number of days. Action: Scan warehouse.
- SKU below threshold — number of SKUs below their unit threshold. Action: Open tasks.
- % of A-class in Golden — whether the fastest-moving goods are in the best locations.
- % of plans requiring equipment — share of moves that cannot be done manually.
- A-class outside human zone — units beyond arm’s reach. The tile shows the class being tracked in settings, A by default.
- Overdue carts / trolleys — containers waiting longer than the hour threshold, four by default.
Backlog — what to move and whether it is possible
- Open tasks — approved tasks waiting to be done.
- Recommended — new suggestions, excluding SKUs that already have a task.
- Feasible — recommendations with a free destination slot; these can be started immediately.
- Blocked — recommendations with no free slot. A location must be cleared first.
- Empty golden slots and Empty pick slots — available capacity and pick locations with no stock, where a picker would arrive and find nothing.
- Dead stock in golden — non-A-class products occupying the fastest locations; candidates to move into reserve.
Suggestions are not saved anywhere. Until you accept them, no task exists and nothing will be moved.
Warehouse stock analysis
Choose the grouping axis: Warehouse, Zone, Location type, Access type or Manual access.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| LOCATIONS | Active locations in the group, excluding system locations |
| OCCUPIED | How many contain any stock |
| PRODUCTS | Number of distinct SKUs with stock > 0 |
| ASSORTMENT AVAILABILITY | Percent of SKUs in scope that have any stock here |
| DAYS OF STOCK | How many days stock will last at the current issue rate. A dash means no movement |
| UNITS | Total units across the group’s locations |
| UNITS/LOC | Average density |
| TURNOVER | How many times stock turns over per year |
| LOCATION SHARE (occupancy) / UNIT SHARE | Shares across the selected scope |
| MISSING | Number of SKUs with no stock here — only when grouped by location type |
Scope filters include warehouses, branches, zones, access types, location types and a location-code pattern. You can include dead stock and set the analysis period in days.
Consolidation
This gathers goods stored one unit at a time (typically returns scattered across a zone) into one location.
Search options:
- Max units/location — locations with no more than this number of units; one means single units.
- Scope: Per SKU — a location + SKU row below the threshold. Other single units may also be at that location.
- Scope: Per location — only locations where the combined stock of all products is within the threshold. A location holding two units is omitted when the limit is one.
- Min. SKU locations — SKUs spread across at least this many locations.
- You can also filter by aisle and source zones or search by SKU, EAN, name or code.
The steps for creating tasks are above under Step by step — consolidate single units.
Two limits on the candidate list: for a large result, the page says Showing first N items — narrow the filters (zone / access type) to see the rest. Column sorting is then disabled because it would sort only the downloaded portion. An empty list says No single units for the selected filters.
Task list — where the goods will actually come from
The From and To columns show the rack first, the place the operator walks to. If goods are on a pallet or in a carton parked below a rack, a smaller note under the rack code says carrier: PAL0043 — the code the operator scans there. An ordinary shelf is one line because the shelf is its own location. A loose pallet with no rack is also one line and must be found by its code. The same order (rack large, carrier small) appears in the replenishment terminal task list, active task and destination, as well as picking and order-line badges.
History
Decision log: who did what, when and why. Cancelling a task requires a reason; one sentence is enough, but an empty field is rejected.
