Lost products — collect them at the bulk location
Goods that have lost their order. One unit per scan, a company-wide list, and updates less often than you might expect.
The Lost products tile collects goods that no longer belong to any active queue. Usually an order was cancelled or its quantity was reduced after picking: the unit was picked and suddenly has nowhere to go.
Flow
- The terminal shows a list of lost products and the Bulk location code.
- Scan the lost product’s EAN. If it is not listed, the terminal says: This product is not on the lost products list.
- The terminal asks Where are you taking the goods from? Choose a location from the list.
- Scan the bulk location. Confirmation: Put away at bulk location.
Rules
- One unit per scan. The hint says Scan a code to put away 1 unit.
- Product is not abandoned — it is still needed in an active queue means exactly that: the goods still have work to do and must not be collected.
- No bulk location configured means this flow cannot be used. Tell your coordinator.
A newly orphaned item appears with a delay
The lost-product count is calculated for the whole company and refreshed when you enter the mode or refresh manually — not after every operation.
An item orphaned just now may not be on the list yet. That does not mean it is missing.
