Customer list
Customer records—search, saved views, export, and actions on selected customers.
Open the customer database from Orders → Customers.
Save a custom view — step by step
- Set the filters you want to remember: enter a search phrase and apply filters (Filtering customers).
- Click the views button next to the filters. Until you select something it says Views; afterward, it shows the current view’s name.
- Choose Save current view….
- In the Save view window, enter a View name. An empty name gives Name is required; a duplicate gives A view with this name already exists.
- To open this view automatically every time you visit the list, select Set as default view.
- Click Save.
Later, select the view from the Saved views section in the same menu. Each entry’s menu offers Set as default, Remove as default, and Delete. If you do not have any saved views yet, the menu says No saved views.
Search
The search field covers last name, email, phone, tax ID, and customer ID at once; there is no need to choose what to search. Enter part of a value and wait briefly. The query runs after a short pause to avoid overloading the server with every keystroke.
A full value (full last name, email, or phone number) always finds the customer. A partial value finds only customers with an order in the last 90 days. This is an intentional search-size limit, not an error; find older customers by entering the full value. Phone search recognizes any format: with a country prefix (for example, +48) or without one, with or without spaces or hyphens. 500600700, 500 600 700, and +48 500 600 700 all find the same customer. The ⓘ icon by search reminds you of both rules.
Open a customer card
Clicking a row opens the customer card with statistics, addresses, and order history.
Saved views
Save a set of filters as a view and select it from the list on later visits. You can mark one view as the default so it opens automatically.
Export
Export above the list opens the export window with the All customers after filters scope. Export selected in the selection bar uses the Selected customers only scope. Full instructions: Customer export — scope, columns, and the filter trap.
Selection
In addition to selecting individual rows, the selection bar offers Select all with a record count. This selects the entire filtered result, as indicated by all pages. Undo this with the Clear all pages link. The count in the bar always shows the actual number of records the operation will affect.
