Filtering customers
Narrow the customer database by purchase activity, amounts, balance, and last order date.
Customer filters describe purchasing behavior, not just contact details. They let you select a specific group from the database.
Step by step
- Go to Orders → Customers.
- Click the funnel icon to the right of search. The filter panel expands below the toolbar. The button has no label; identify it by the funnel and the red count of active filters.
- Fill in the conditions you need. Available fields are listed below.
- There is no Apply button—each field change recalculates the results immediately. Filtering is server-side, so it covers the entire database, not only the loaded page.
- Check the badges above the list. Each applied condition gets its own badge, for example
Min. orders: 3. The X on a badge removes that condition. - To start over, click Clear all next to the badges. This button appears only when a filter is active.
- If you will return to this combination, save it as a view (Customer list).
