Issue list — columns, filters, and cards
The list opens on unresolved issues by default. An empty screen usually means “everything has been handled,” not “there is nothing here” — and it does not say why.
Step by step
Narrow the list
- Go to Tools → Issues. The address is
/issues. - Remember before doing anything: the list starts with Status = Unresolved and does not say so.
- Search by text: press
/orQto focus Search... (Q). - Press
Ffor the remaining filters. The panel is collapsed by default and expands automatically only when filters came from the URL. - Set what you need:
- Status: All statuses, All issues, Unresolved, Resolved, Blocking. The first two do exactly the same thing — both mean “all”.
- Priority: All priorities, Very low, Low, Medium, High, Critical.
- Source: integration names.
- Assigned: All, Unassigned, then user names.
- Date range: Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or Custom. The last option reveals From and To date fields.
- Active filters appear above the table as
Label: valuechips. Remove one with its X; the red button beside them clears all at once — it has no label or tooltip. - An empty list says only No issues found. — a single line with no mention of filters. Before assuming the module is broken, set Status to All issues.
- Share a configured view as a link; filter state is in the address.
Review issues one by one
- Click a row. The side panel opens and the issue number is added to the address —
/issues#123opens it directly. - Press
Kto move forward andJto move back. At the first or last issue, the key does nothing. Esccloses the panel. If the search field has focus,Escclears it first.- Be careful with
R. With the panel closed it refreshes the list. With the panel open, it toggles resolution of the open issue immediately, without confirmation. It is the riskiest key on this screen. ?opens the Keyboard shortcuts guide.- Selecting even one row disables all toolbar shortcuts —
/,Q,F,R, arrows,Esc, and?stop working, and the guide button disappears. There is no notice. Clear the selection to restore them. - Select rows with the mouse only, using the checkbox in a row or the table header.
Ctrl+Ais not wired on this screen (Keyboard shortcuts — what works and where). - Change pages with the arrows above the table or
←and→. Jumping to the first or last page is available only in the footer below the table.
Cards
Four counts: unresolved, blocking, last 24 hours, and average priority.
Two things to know:
- Cards ignore active filters. They always show the whole company.
- Average priority and the total also include resolved issues, so they do not describe what is currently visible in the table.
Treat them as an overall pulse, not a summary of the current view.
Columns
ID, priority (icon — triangle for blocking), name (category and operator message), priority as a badge, target, source, occurrence count (shown only above one), assigned, resolved by, and updated.
Resolved entries are dimmed and struck through.
Sorting by ID does nothing. The arrow changes, but the order stays the same. The server does not accept this field and silently falls back to update date. Sorting by “assigned” works, but uses the user number rather than name, so the order looks random.
Filters
Status, priority, source, assigned (including “unassigned”), and date range with presets: today, yesterday, 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, or custom. There is also search.
Active filters appear as chips above the table and can be removed individually. Their state is saved in the URL, so you can share the view as a link.
The Source filter shows only active integrations. You cannot filter by source for issues from a disabled integration; search another way.
An empty list is usually good news
The list opens on “unresolved” by default. The “No issues found” message does not say a filter is active.
An empty queue therefore looks exactly like missing data. Before assuming the module is broken, switch the status to “all”.
Bulk actions
After selecting rows, a bar with Resolve and Assign appears. Read Issue module pitfalls before using them; both have hidden side effects.
Shortcuts
/ or Q — search · F — filters · R — refresh · ← → — pages · Esc — close panel · J / K — previous and next issue · ? — guide.
Ctrl+A does not work here, even though the list supports selection. This screen is not connected to the shared shortcut set, so the guide does not list it either. Select using the mouse (Keyboard shortcuts — what works and where).
With the side panel open, list shortcuts are disabled so R does not refresh the list underneath instead of resolving the issue. With an empty search field, Esc closes the panel; with a filled field, it clears the field first.
Pagination in two places
Move between pages above the table using the toolbar arrows or below it in the footer. The footer has two extra buttons to jump to the first and last page. The top bar does not, so look at the bottom if you want to go to the “end of the list”.
Clicking a row opens the side panel and puts the issue number in the address — /issues#123 opens it directly.
