HR reports and payroll system exports
Eight dashboards in Reports, plus exports for Płatnik, Symfonia, and CSV. Two dashboards require warehouse reporting permission, not HR permission.
Step by step
Export to Płatnik, Symfonia, or CSV
- Open HR → Reports. The screen is called HR reports.
- Scroll to Payroll system export.
- Choose one of three tiles: ZUS Platnik (XML), Sage Symfonia, or Generic CSV. The tile determines the format; there is no format switch in the window.
- Set Date from and Date to in the window. These are the only two fields; the export always includes all employees, with no employee filter.
- Click Export. The file downloads straight away, with a name that includes the date range.
- Open the file and check that it is not empty before importing it into a payroll system; the warning below explains why.
Only approved workdays are included. A day still waiting in the approval queue will not be in the file (Event log, corrections, and workdays).
Export the event log
This is a separate path and separate data: raw clock-ins, not workdays.
- Open Advanced → Event log.
- Set the list filters to include the records you want to export.
- Click Export; the Export event log window opens.
- Choose a scope: All filtered or Selected only.
- Choose a Format: Excel, CSV, JSON, or XML.
- Under Columns, uncheck anything you do not need, or use the All / Default shortcuts.
- Click Generate.
Dashboards under Reports → Attendance
| Dashboard | What it covers | Required permission |
|---|---|---|
| HR overview | Overall picture | Attendance overview |
| HR analytics | Team analysis | HR |
| Attendance report | Attendance in a period | HR |
| Absences and leave | Absences | HR |
| Overtime and compliance | Overtime and compliance | HR |
| Schedule adherence | Plan versus actual | HR |
| Employee productivity (HR) | Productivity | WMS Picking |
| Work time utilization | Workload | WMS Picking |
The last two require warehouse reporting permission, not HR permission. A role limited to HR sees two fewer items in the attendance reports group. This is not a fault; those reports calculate productivity using picking data.
Grant permissions for individual reports in roles, under field permissions (Field permissions — individual fields and individual actions).
Manager dashboard
In addition to dashboards, there are operational views: team overview, approval queue, anomalies, compliance violations, and live status.
The approval queue brings leave, overtime, and correction requests together (Leave requests — workflow and allowance).
Anomalies and compliance
The module detects anomalies (unusual work-time patterns) and compliance violations (labor-law rules). You can acknowledge an anomaly, take it for investigation, or resolve it. A violation also offers the option to waive it with a reason.
Both workflows record who made the decision and when.
Exports
There are three payroll formats — Płatnik, Symfonia, and CSV — plus a separate event log export with selectable columns (Event log, corrections, and workdays). The “Step by step” section above explains how; here is where those numbers come from.
Exports use workdays, not clock-ins. Workdays are generated automatically after each clock-in (Event log, corrections, and workdays), but an employee without an employee record will not have them, and a day marked missing clock-out will not be calculated correctly until corrected. Test an export on a short period before relying on it for payroll (HR module pitfalls).
Employee self-service
An employee can see their own data without HR module permission; they only need to be signed in and have an employee record. They can view their own attendance and summary, clock in and out, and use a verification code.
Leave requests are the exception: they require Attendance module permission, even when employees submit their own requests (HR module pitfalls).
