Step by step

Update currency rates

1. Open Settings → System section → Currency rates tab.
2. Four cards appear at the top: Total rates, Currencies, Last update (date of the newest rate), and Source — always ECB, the European Central Bank.
3. Set the Chart range to Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 180 days, or Last year. The same range controls the download button.
4. Click Download ECB rates (… days). On success, you will see “Rates downloaded: …”, and the table and chart reload automatically.
5. If the download fails, you will see “Could not download rates from ECB”.

Superadministrators and company administrators can save rates. An ordinary user with permission for the System module can see the table, but saving is denied — the server allows only administrators here (Settings access — permission pitfalls). Downloaded rates are shared across the platform. There are no company-specific rates.

What is global

Changing status dictionaries

Carrier statuses and their mappings are shared across the platform. A company administrator cannot change them independently or grant access to them through roles. If you need a new mapping, contact NOXTI support.

Currency rates — an intermediate case

Company administrators can save rates, but the values are shared. Changing a rate changes it for everyone.

An ordinary user with System-module permission sees a table that looks editable but is denied when saving (Settings access — permission pitfalls).
