BaseLinker integration: frequently asked questions
How much does the BaseLinker integration with NOXTI cost?
Use of the BaseLinker integration is included in NOXTI: a per-order rate from PLN 0.45 to PLN 0.30 and a PLN 199 net monthly maintenance fee. Setup, migration into NOXTI, training and custom work are priced separately. Provider fees follow your agreement with that provider.
How do I set up the BaseLinker integration?
Requirements: A connection token and agreed warehouse, document and permission mappings. We connect the account, set up mappings and statuses, test on sample orders and go live. We agree the scope and schedule with your team.
Can I run several BaseLinker accounts in one system?
Yes. You set up each BaseLinker account in NOXTI separately: warehouses, statuses, carriers, prices and returns. Orders from every account land in one list, and stock from one warehouse feeds every account.
Can I connect BaseLinker with a carrier and accounting?
Yes. An order from BaseLinker goes through the NOXTI warehouse, you create the label with the carrier of your choice, such as InPost, DPD or DHL, and the sales document goes to your ERP or accounting system.
What happens when BaseLinker does not respond or limits requests?
NOXTI accounts for BaseLinker limits and retries calls according to the integration rules. Order identification helps reduce duplicates. Recovery of pending data depends on its availability, account permissions and the provider's API capabilities.
