Shipment list — columns, filters, and what you cannot do there
Eight columns, three filters, and search that works only by tracking number. No bulk actions, no export, and no clicking rows.
The Warehouse and logistics → Tracking screen is one flat table of all company parcels, newest first. The page heading is Shipment tracking.
Step by step — find a parcel by number
- Open Warehouse and logistics → Tracking.
- Click Search... at the top (or press
/orQ) and paste the tracking number. A fragment is enough. This is the only thing this field searches for — an order number or recipient’s name will not work. - If nothing appears, clear the Latest status, Integration, and Carrier filters with the X next to each one. An empty table saying No data looks the same with a filter applied as it does when there are no parcels.
- Check the Carrier and Latest status columns in the row. Remember that Latest status is the highest stage reached, and five of the nine stages appear here as No data (Shipment statuses — nine stages and why you see four).
- To see when the parcel was where, click #number in the Order ID column. The order opens — its full history is there (Shipment on the order card — full history and actions).
Do you have only an order number, not a tracking number? This list will not help. Go to the order list and open the order.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ID | Internal parcel record number |
| Tracking number | Number assigned by the carrier — the one you paste on its website |
| Order ID | Clickable link to the order |
| Shipment type | Shipment / Return / Other documents |
| Integration | Sales connection the order came from |
| Carrier | Carrier handling the parcel |
| Latest status | See Shipment statuses — nine stages and why you see four — this is not the latest event |
| Creation date | Shipment date, not the parcel’s own date |
All eight columns can be sorted and hidden with the Columns button. Your column selection is saved in your browser — you will see the default layout on another computer.
Two traps in this table:
- “Creation date” is the shipment date. A parcel added later to an existing shipment shows an older date than its actual date. Sorting follows that same date, so the order is consistent — but it is not the parcel date.
- Sorting the “Integration” column does not sort by what you see. The displayed value is the name of your connection, while sorting uses the parent integration’s name. If someone renamed the connection, the order looks random.
Filters
Three dropdowns, each with an X to clear it:
- Latest status — only four values: Initial, Pending, Final success, Final failure. The other five stages cannot be selected here (Shipment statuses — nine stages and why you see four).
- Integration — sales connections. This list may be empty for a user without integration permission (Tracking permissions — the trap of two separate grants).
- Carrier — a list of all carriers in the system, including ones your company has never used.
Filters, sorting, and the page number are saved in the URL. Copy the configured view from the browser address bar and send it to someone — it will open the same way.
Filtering and sorting happen on the server, not in the browser. Applying a filter on page 3 recalculates the full dataset, not just the 25 visible rows.
Search looks for one thing
The field at the top searches only tracking numbers, by fragment. It cannot find:
- a long number;
- an external number;
- an order number;
- a recipient’s name.
Search for order numbers in the order list, not here.
What you cannot do in this list
There is no row selection, bulk action, add button, export, or action menu on a row. Clicking a row does nothing either — the only clickable element is Order ID.
Actual parcel actions (copying the number, sending tracking to the marketplace, and viewing history) are on the order details card — Shipment on the order card — full history and actions.
Empty table
“No data” also appears when a carrier or status filter is applied — a message about filters with no matches appears only after you type in the search field. Clear the dropdowns before concluding there is nothing there.
If the table is always empty with every filter, the likely cause is missing permission, not missing parcels — Tracking permissions — the trap of two separate grants.
